You do not need to turn offyour computer before connecting or disconnecting a USB device.About your Wireless Presenter with Laser Pointer•The maximum range is 60 ft (18m) between the receiver and the remote.•The receiver has a single light indicator with 2 colors, green and red. Forevery button press of the presenter, the receiver LED quickly flashes greento indicate that the battery level is good. The LED will flash red on everybutton press if the battery level is low.•The Wireless Presenter with Laser Pointer should work up to one year withthe batteries that come with it. This is based on average usage.
