Normally the method to open developer options is to make 5 time
continual click on the phone's version. But there still could be a
different way for some phones.
The smooth of data sharing is highly depending on USB cable quality.
Poor quality of USB power cable may fail to connect with the unit.
The original USB cable comes with the phone or above quality
is highly recommended.
The USB port for Easy-Connect app is specially designed, which is
USB-B(V2.0).Wrong connection may fail to work.
For iPhones, the Easy-Connect app only supports WiFi wireless
connection. Operation is performed on the iPhone only( not on the
product screen).
Three steps for WiFi connection must be followed:
