Thank you for purchasing the Vivitar® Infinite BS-C26 Bluetooth® Speaker.
Introducon
With this speaker, you will enjoy listening to high quality music wirelessly using Bluetooth®
technology. Easily connect to any mobile device for both conversaon and music listening. It
also pairs with other Bluetooth-enabled devices (Bluetooth V2.1+EDR specificaon and HSP,
HFP, A2DP and AVRCP profiles).

Safety Precauons
• Please read this User Manual carefully and follow all instrucons.
• To avoid damage or malfuncon of the speaker do not drop it from high locaons and/or on
to hard surfaces, do not place heavy objects on it.
• Keep speaker away from humidity, water and other liquids. If it does get wet, do not operate
as this may cause an electrical shock, explosion and damage to the device or to the user.
• Do not place or keep this product near heat sources, such as direct sunlight, radiators, stoves
or any other apparatus that produces heat. This may cause an explosion, degrade the
performance and/or reduce baery life.
• Do not modify, repair or disassemble device (especially the baery). Doing so will void the
warranty. The baery in this device may present a risk of fire or chemical burns if misused or
tampered with.
• Use only supplied and manufacturer-approved chargers and unplug this device when not in
use for long periods of me or during lightning storms.

Baery Informaon
The device is equipped with an integrated lithium-polymer
baery. The baery cannot be replaced. Do not aempt to
remove the baery from the device since it would damage
the device. The full performance of a new baery is not
achieved unl aer two or three complete charging-discharging cycles. The baery can be charged
and discharged several hundred mes, but it loses its capacity over me.

Disconnect the BS-C26 from the power supply as soon as the baery is fully charged,
overcharging would reduce the service life of the baery. A charged baery will lose its
capacity if it is not used on a regular basis.
Important: Ensure that the baery is fully charged if you do not use the device for a long
period of me. To avoid a complete discharge of the baery, the BS-C26 should be
charged at least once every 6 months.
Charging Your Speaker
The BS-C26 speaker is powered by an internal rechargeable baery. Charge the baery
completely before its first use. Read the secon tled "Baery informaon" in this manual
before starng the charging process.
1. Connect one end of the included USB Charging Cable to your speaker's charging port.
2. Connect the other end of the USB Charging Cable to a USB port.
3. When your speaker is charging, the red LED indicator light will turn red. The baery will take
approximately three hours to fully charge
4. When the baery is fully charged, the LED indicator light will turn off. Disconnect the
charging cable from your speaker and the outlet. Your speaker is ready to use.
NOTES:
- Give your speaker a full charge before using for the first me.
- When the baery power is low, the indicator light will turn red and start to flash.
Turning ON Your Speaker
Before you can start using your speaker, you must
first charge the rechargeable baery. Once charged,
slide the ON/OFF switch to the ON posion to
power on your speaker.
If your speaker completed the pairing process
successfully, when the speaker is turned on, it will
connect to the phone you last connected to
automacally. Please ensure your phone's Bluetooth® funcon is acve.
Turning OFF Your Speaker
Slide the ON/OFF Switch to the OFF posion to power down your device.
Note: To conserve power, if your speaker is not
connected to a device for approximately
about 10 minutes, it will turn off
automacally. You should toggle the power
switch again to turn on the speaker.
Pairing Your Speaker to a Bluetooth Phone
Before you use your speaker the first me, you must pair it with a Bluetooth® enabled mobile
phone. Pairing is a one me process and required only for the first connecon with the
Bluetooth® enabled mobile phone.
1. Keep the BS-C26 within one meter range of a Bluetooth® enabled mobile phone.
2. Slide the ON/OFF Switch to the ON posion. The LED indicator light on your speaker will

illuminate, flashing red and blue alternately. The device is now in pairing mode.
3. Find the Bluetooth® seng of your mobile phone and start the search for Bluetooth®
devices. (For further details, please read the operang instrucons of your mobile phone).
4. From the list of devices found, select your speaker "Vivitar SP".
5. If required, enter the PIN code "0000" and confirm the entry. Once the pairing process was
successful, the BS-C26 will connect to your mobile phone automacally then switch to
standby mode.
Note: -If pairing is not completed within 10 minutes, the speaker will turn off. If this happens,
please repeat the pairing steps.
Listening to Music on Your Speaker
Play/Pause
Press the Play/Pause buon to get music from your
audio source to play or pause.
External Audio Input
The BS-C26 has an AUX-IN port which can be used to
connect an addional audio source using the 3.5mm
Auxiliary Cable. When an audio source is plugged in
using the 3.5mm Auxiliary Cable, any music playing on your speaker will pause and music
playing from the plugged in audio source will play instead.
Note: The BS-C26 supports the A2DP profile which allows stereo music to stream from a
Bluetooth phone. The music will pause automacally if a call is incoming, and resume
when the call has ended.
Using Your Speaker during a Phone Call
Last number re-dialing
Double press the Answer buon, the last number you
dialed will be redialed.
Answering a call
Press the Answer buon to answer an incoming call.
Ending a call
Press the Answer buon to end a call.
Warranty Informaon
This warranty is non-transferable and is limited only to the original purchaser. The condions of
this warranty and supplier's responsibilies under this warranty are as follows:
• You must be able to prove the date of original purchase of the unit with a dated receipt.
• The warranty is not applicable if the product has been subject to physical abuse, improper
installaon, modificaon or repair by an unauthorized third party.
• Supplier's responsibility shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the product at its sole
discreon.

• Specifically exempt from any warranty are limited-life consumable components subject to
normal wear and tear such as baeries, decorates and other accessories.
• Supplier is not responsible, for failure resulng from accident, abuse, misuse, or any
unauthorized repair, or modificaon.
• Modificaon and repair of the unit should be done by an authorized and qualified service center
or returned to the manufacturer.
• This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary
under local laws.
What is Covered
This warranty covers for the original consumer purchaser only and is not transferable. Products
that fail to funcon properly UNDER NORMAL USAGE, due to defects in material or workmanship
will be repaired at no charge for parts or labor for a period of one year from the me of purchase.
What is NOT Covered
Damages or malfuncons not resulng from defects in material or workmanship and damages or
malfuncons from other than normal use, including but limited to, repair by unauthorized pares,
tampering, modificaon or accidents.
Service and Returns
When returning a defecve product (postage pre-paid) for service, the package should include:
1. Copy of original bill of sale.
2. A detailed wrien descripon of the problem.
3. Your return address and telephone number (Dayme).
