Before proceeding with the installation, please note the following safety warnings:
- Always lollow the manufacturer’s advice when using power mole and wear
sultable prmectlve equipment (e.g. safety goggles) when drilling holes, etc.

You will need:
' 3 X LR14 C sixe1.5v Alkaline
batteries
- A #1 Philips-head screw driver
- A small flat bladed screwdriver
' A 1/4-in. (6 mm) drill bit

“no ‘bsep' sounds in: heard and LED flashes twice alter the normal chlme sound...
This indicates a low battery in the chime. Install new batteries, type LR” C size alkaline batteries,

This indicates a low battery in the bell push that activated the chime. lnstall a new battery. type
CRZOSZ.
Whln the bell push is operated, the red confidance light does not turn on, or is! only on
for a short time...
Low battery. install a new battery, type CR2D32.
The chlms does not work...
' Check that the batteries are the Correct type.
Only use alkaline batteries lur chime.
' Check that the batteries are fitted Correctly (nu wrong polarity].
' Check that batteries are not loose.

Troubleshooting
The chime me not sound
- Check the chimp swnch pDSI .
‘ Check that the volume wntml is not 81 the minimum setting.
Cillme does not play mn- niected...
Chime might net have learned the tune selected. Follow programming sequence as in step 3.
The range is ndueed...
- Metal stmcturss. including ul’VC door immes can reduce the range at the product. Avoid
mounfing the push or chime on or near metal structures.
~ Other equipment can cause radio intertsrence that allects your chime.
- Walls and ceilings will reduce the range.
- Weak banshee will reduce range. Replace every 12-13 months. In cold conditions, (below
4l°l=15°cl, batteries may need to be replaced more often.
