FOUR-BUTTON TRANSMITTER
The TX840 transmitter is a replacement RF transmitter. The transmitter
comes with 4 push-button switches (Arm / Disarm / Trunk release / Snowflake
button).
1) Press Lock button switch on control to arm your car and lock the door
2) Press Unlock button switch on control to disarm your car and unlock the
door
3) Press the Trunk release button to activate trunk release or combine with
lock button or unlock button or snowflake button for output channel #4, #5,
#6 activation.
4) Remote start – press Snowflake button 4 for 2 second to remote start the
vehicle, press the same button again for stop the remote engine start
TRANSMITTER BATTERY REPLACEMENT
If the range of your transmitter deteriorate, it is possible that you need to
replace the battery.
1) Release the screw from the back of transmitter and remove upper
transmitter case.
2) Remove old battery from transmitter.
3) Install a new battery (12 volt) noting the (+) and (-) marks in the battery area
of the transmitter.
4) Replace upper transmitter case with area, do not damage the inside
components.
5) Tighten the screw on the back of transmitter.
