FM Transmitter/Charger
For iPod' with Dock Connector
Instructions
To transmit and charge the IM In the car:
1. Plugthe FM Transmitter/Charger into the car's DC power source (12v outlet orcigarette
lighter). A red LED light will show at the end to indicate that it is being powered.
2. Connect the other end nfthe FM Transmitter/Charger cable to the duck connector port on
the bottom ofthe iPod.
3. Select a PM station on your car stereo from one ofthe eight channels below:
88.1 88.5 107.1 107.5
88.3 887 107.3 107.7
‘Choose a channel that has no signal or is currently not transmitting a radio station.
4. Position the two channel selection buttons on the side ofthe charger unit to match the FM
channel on your car stereo
Sr turn on the iPod and play your favorite tunes through the radio, If the iPod music isn't being
heard. repeat steps 3 and 4 untilyou hit a clear station match. Agreen LED light will light up
when the iPod is transmitting music,
Sr The FM Transmitter will automatically turn off after 60 seconds of not receiving music from
the iPod.
