failures of the Equipment and bears responsibility accordingly to
warranty.
If your AirTies product fails, contact AirTies 24/7 Technical
Support first (see 24/7 support number on wwwairtiescom). Most
problems can be solved by consulting the experts at AirTies technical
support
If the AirTies 24/7 technical support requires. you will be assigned a
problem tracking number and asked to ship the faulty unit to Air'l'ies
repair center. Please, write the problem tracking number Iegibly on
the package.
The product is under warranty for 3 years starting from the date of
purchase.
The parts that are shipped with the product such as power adapter
and cables are all covered under this 3-years warranty.
If the product fails for any reason within the warranty period, it will be
repaired by AirTies or an AirTies Authorised service provider at no
cost to the customer.
The units that are not repairable will be replaced by a new or
refurbished unit at no cost to the customer.
The warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse or abuse of
the product.
The products that are sent to an Authorised AirTies Service Center.
will be repaired or replaced and shipped back to the customer within
3 business days from the date it is received.
if a replacement with the same product model is not possible. AirTies
will replace the unit with a newer model that has all the features of
the original product.
