It is important to read this instruction book prior to using your new product for
the first time.
The lightning flash with an arrowhead symbol, within the equilateral
triangle, is intended to alert the user to the presence of uninsulated
“dangerous voltage” within the product’s enclosure that may be of
sufficient magnitude to cause an electric shock.

On PlaCEMEnT
• Donotusetheunitinplacesthatareextremelyhot,cold,dusty,orhumid.
• Theventilationshouldnotbeimpededbycoveringtheventilationopenings
with items such as newspaper, table-cloths, curtains, etc.
On SaFETY
• WhenconnectingordisconnectingtheACpowercord,griptheplugandnot
the cord itself. Pulling the cord may damage it and create a hazard.
• Whenyouarenotgoingtousetheunitforalongperiodoftime,disconnect
theACpowercord.
• NonakedamesourcessuchaslightedcandlesshouldbeplacedontheAC
power cord and the unit.
• Leaveaminimumof10cmaroundtheapparatusforventilation.
• Attentionshouldbedrawntotheenvironmentalaspectsofbatterydisposal.
• Useofapparatusinmoderateclimates.
On COndEnSaTIOn
• When left in a heated room where it is warm and damp, water droplets or
condensationmayforminsidetheunit.Whenthereiscondensationinsidethe
unit, theunit maynotfunctionnormally. Letthe unitstand for1to 2hours
before turning the power on, or gradually heat the room and let the unit dry
before use.

a qualified technician.
• Mainsplugisusedasthedisconnectdevice,itshallremainreadilyoperableand
should not be obstructed during intended use. To be completely disconnected
the apparatus from supply mains, the mains plug of the apparatus shall be
disconnected from the mains socket outlet completely.

7. Do not block any ventilation openings. Install in accordance with the
manufacturer’s instructions.
8. Do not install near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or
other apparatus (including amplifiers) that produce heat.
9. Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized or grounding-type. A
polarized power plug has two blades with one wider than the other. A
grounding type power plug has two blades and a third grounding prong. The
widebladeorthethirdprongisprovidedforyoursafety.Whentheprovided
powercorddoesnottintoyourACpoweroutlet,consultanelectricianfor
replacement of the obsolete outlet.
10. ProtecttheACpowercordfrombeingwalkedonorpinchedparticularlyat
thepowerplug,conveniencereceptacles,andthepointwheretheyexitfrom
the apparatus.
11. Onlyuseattachments/accessoriesspeciedbythemanufacturer.
12. Use only with the cart, stand, tripod, bracket, or table specied
bythemanufacturer,orsold withtheapparatus.Whenacartis
used,usecautionwhenmovingthecart/apparatuscombination
to avoid injury from tip-over.
13. Unplugthisapparatusduringlightningstormsorwhenunused
for long periods of time.
14. Referallservicingtoqualiedservicepersonnel.Servicingisrequiredwhen
theapparatushasbeendamagedinanyway,suchastheACpowercordis
damaged, liquid has spilled or objects have fallen into the apparatus, the
apparatushasbeenexposedtorainormoisture,doesnotoperatenormally,
or has been dropped.

Asubwooferisdesignedtoreproducepowerfullowbasseffects(explosions,the
rumble of spaceships, etc.).
It is not recommended to place the subwoofer near the TV set. Place the
subwooferatleast12”awayfromtheTV.
REaR SPEaKERS (SURROUnd SPEaKERS)
PlaceSurround speakers toeither sideof the listeningarea,not behindit and
if space permits, intall Surround speakers 2-3 feet above viewers. This help to
minimize localization effects.
COnnECTIOnS
COnnECT THE lEFT/RIgHT REaR SPEaKERS
Connect the speaker wire from the back of each speaker to the corresponding
terminalatthebackoftheWirelessSubwoofer.Pressdownthetabtoopenthe
terminalandinsertthewire.Releasethetabtolockwireintheterminal.
Note:
When connecting the speakers, make sure speaker wires connect to correct
terminals as shown below. If the cords are reversed, the sound will be distorted.
COnnECT THE WIRElESS SUBWOOFER
Inordertousethesubwoofer,youmustpairitwiththeSoundbarRTS739BWS.
1. Connectthepowercordtoawalloutlet.
2. TurnontheSoundbar.
3. TurnthePOWERswitchonthebackofthesubwoofertoON“ ” position.
4. TheSoundbarandthesubwooferwillautomaticallypairup.Thewirelesslink
pairing indicator will turn red when the wirelss link is activated.
The exclamation point within the equilateral triangle is intended to
alert the user to the presence of important operating and maintenance
(servicing) instructions in this user manual.
• Increasetheseparationbetweentheequipmentandreceiver.
• Connecttheequipmentintoanoutletonacircuitdifferentfromthattowhich
the receiver is connected.
• Consultthedealeroranexperiencedradio/TVtechnicianforhelp.
