Then connect the power adapter at the opposite end of the power
cable into a wall outlet.
To start your Kindle, press the power button
To unlock your Kindle, press on the yellow arrow. Drag the arrow
across the screen to the left.
To learn more about your Kindle, select Kindle User’s Guide
on the Home screen.
