Overview:
The Model 203 universal transmitter operates at 433 MHz powered by an
alkaline 9volt battery.
The Model 203 operates in two different configurations, one with a touch
pad and one with the hose connected to the transmitter.
The part# for the sip & puff configuration is 203-01, the part# for the
touch pad configuration is 203-02.
Once the unit is activated, the red LED will light for three seconds,
confirming the transmitter has been activated.
Sip & Puff Setup:
Use hose supplied with the activator and connect to the stem at the end of
the transmitter.
Sip or puff into the hose to ensure the transmitter activates (the red LED
should light for three seconds).
Put the PERS (Personal Emergency Response System) into autolearn
mode and activate the transmitter. If unsure how to use the autolearn
mode, refer to the user guide for the PERS Model being used.
Press the reset on the PERS unit to return to normal operation and activate
the transmitter, the PERS unit should call in and report as pendant (code
01).
Touch Pad Setup:
Use the touch pad activator supplied with the transmitter, connect the 3
mm plug to the jack on the end of the transmitter.
Press on the target area on the touch pad to ensure the transmitter activates
(the red LED should light for three seconds).
Put the PERS (Personal Emergency Response System) into autolearn
mode and activate the transmitter. If unsure how to use the autolearn
mode, refer to the user guide for the PERS Model being used.
