Description of the Motion Ball

Assembling
Your Motion Ball functions with 3 batteries Lithium cell CR
24 50.
1. Unscrew the motion ball.
2. Insert each battery by keeping the marked side up.
3. Screw back on.
4. Place the motion ball on its stand. Holding magnets keep
it stable.
You can move the Motion Ball to point a direction.

A Bluetooth standard BLE allows to pair your Android
device with your Motion Ball.
1. On your Android device, go to Settings > Wireless &
networks > Bluetooth.
2. Slide the Bluetooth switch to ON.
The Bluetooth icon is displayed in the status bar.
3. On your Motion ball, hold the pairing button until the
pairing indicator starts blinking. The Motion ball enters the
pairing mode.
4. Launch the ARCHOS@home app on your Android device
and select the Motion ball icon.
The Motion ball is dectected. Select to start the pairing
process. Once paired, you can detect movements.
Pairing
You have 60 seconds to pair the devices.

Using the Motion Ball
1. Launch the ARCHOS@Home app.
2. Select the Motion ball icon.
3. The app interface displays PRESENT when
the motion ball detects any movement. When it
doesn’t detect any movement, the app interface
displays ABSENT.
