Welcome to the Audloenglne family and congratulations on your
purchase ol‘the Audioengine BZ Prernlum Bluetooth Speaker!
The Audloenglne team is dedicated to bringing you the highesthuality
listening experience possible and the Audloenglne 32 was designed With
the same attention to detail and operational simplicity as all other Audio
engine products. Our goal isto get you to your music as simply as possible
Without all the "gadget tinkering” many other products require. As With
our other past efforts we thank our customers, dlstrlbutors and resellers

Overview
The 32 streams highcquallty audio from your Bluetooth‘cenabled
smartphone, computer, or tablet. Experience stunning audio quality With
aptx- and builtcln 24bit upsampling DAC.
Quick Setup
Setup and pairing is really easy The rolloWing instructions Will
help you connect 32 With your tablet, computer, or smartphone.
Step1: Connect the power cable to 82 and plug the power cable
Into an AC outlet
step 2: Turn on the 32 power sWitch, which l5 located on the rear
panel 32 Will automatically go into pair mode and the Pair
button on the El rear panel should be flashing.
step 3: On your device, turn on Bluetooth and go to Bluetooth
prererences.
Step 4: Select “Audloenglne BZ” to pair and connect.
The Palr lndlcator on the BZ rear panel should be solid.
step 5: Play your music and adiust volume levels.
Repeat Steps 3 thru 5 to add additional devices. 32 can connect
to only one device at a time, however it Will remember up to six
devices
To disconnent 32 from a paired device and put 32 back into pair
mode, press and hold the Pair button on the 32 rear panel until
the indicator begins flashing.
Troubleshooting Tips
81 is connected but the Pair button does not light up.
Verifythat the BI is plugged into a functioning AC outlet.
My device will not pair with 32.
Verlfy that Bluetooth on the device is turned on,
Confirm that the 52 Pair button is blinking (In pair/discovery mode),
Make sure your device is Within range of 82.
The 32 Pair light is solid, but I cannot connect my device.
Make sure no other devlces are connected. lf so, either disconnect or
turn offBluetooth on the other devices or press and hold the El Palr
button until lt flashes, then try connecting
Try unpairing and re—pa‘iring your device to the 52,
Cycle power by turning the 32 off and back on again.
52 pair light is solid and my device is connected but no audio output.
Check the volume levels on your computer 05 and player app.
Try unpairing and re-pairing your device to the 52.
Cycle 32 power by disconnectlng and reconnectlng the power cable.
The volume output level from 32 seems low.
Check the volume levels on your computer 05 and player app.
Also checkthe volume level on the rear panel your 32.

The sound quality is poor and/or audio is cutting out.
Move BZ oryour deVlce away from cordless phones, routers, microc
wave ovens, or other Bluetooth devlces
Try moving your device closer to 52.
Try another location.
Turn oft your device'swicri.
Try unpalring and recpairlng your device to the El
Unplug power from 52 and power back on.
Check that your device's OS is updated to the latest version.
Only one side or the 32 plays music.
(heckyour music player app and/orOS audio controls to ensure that
the audio balance is centered.
