Note: In the event that you lose your keychain transmitter or the transmitter fails tooperale
the alarm syetan. the valet switch can be used to disarm the alarm. This is referred to as the
"Manual Override'. To disarm thoalarm: .
1. Open the door with the vehicle door key. (The siren will sound)
2. Turn the igritlon switch to the ”on“ position.
3. Flip the valet/override switch to lhe ‘on' position.
The system will disarm In 5 seconds and enter the valet mode. The siren will stop
sounding. allowing the engine to be stoned. and the vehicle to be operated normally.
Always remember to move the valet switch back to the "of!” position to allow the passive
arming and starter Interrupt features to be operable the next time you park the vehicle.
