Each radio remote control is also in conformity with the harmonised standards provided in the EC Declaration of Conformity. LIAIRI10-02 AUTEC - Air series Frequencies 1.2.1 Federal Communications Commission (FCC) This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. Any changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment. 1.2.2 Industry Canada (IC) This device complies with RSS-210 of the Industry Canada Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. Frequencies AIR series radio remote controls can work at two different frequency bands: 433.050434.790MHz or 915.000-928.000MHz. The radio remote controls' working frequency is defined by market-specific laws and standards. In order for the system “machine+radio remote control” to be compliant and therefore to be used, it shall comply with such laws and standards: if it does not, the system may be impounded by competent bodies. Autec cannot be held responsible if the radio remote control is set with forbidden frequencies.
