Bill,
In the past, the FCC has waived the requirement to submit manuals based on both the
confidential proprietary information it contained along with the size of the documents. If you do
require the manual, we will need to request confidentiality for it. This type of equipment is only
commissioned by trained service personnel, therefore the manuals contain mostly proprietary
information on system architecture, and configuration information. In the past the FCC did not
have issue with this as these products and manuals are not intended for the general public.
Please advise on how you wish to proceed, or give me a call to discuss .
