determinedatthehighestcertifiedpowerlevel,the
actualSARlevelofthephonewhileoperatingcanbe
wellbelowthemaximumvalue.Thisisbecausethe
phoneisdesignedtooperateatmultiplepowerlevelsso
astouseonlythepowerrequiredtoreachthenetwork.
Ingeneral,thecloseryouaretoawirelessbasestation
antenna,thelowerthepoweroutput.Beforeaphone
modelisavailableforsaletothepublic,itmustbe
testedandcertifiedtotheFCCthatitdoesnotexceed
thelimitestablishedbythegovernmentadopted
requirementforsafeexposure.Thetestsareperformed

TocomplywithRFexposurerequirements,aminimum

antenna.Third‐partybelt‐clips,holsters,andsimilar
accessoriesusedbythisdeviceshouldnotcontainany
metalliccomponents.Body‐wornaccessoriesthatdo
notmeettheserequirementsmaynotcomplywithRF
