Removing the bracket has 3 purposes.
(1)To load batteries, 23A 12V alkaline
(2) Fix the metal bracket to the front wind-screen first,
then slot remote control onto bracket
(3) Remote control can be used without the bracket,

Main Unit Batteries:
4 x AAalkaIine (1500
mA min.) insert into
battery cap on rear
of unit.
Fix to rear window Slide
suction cup in sliderto suit

so that main unit hangs
vertical. Lightly wet suction
cup press firmly to rear
window& screwtight.
The remote control can be fixed to thefront
windscreen using the metal bracketsupplied.
Apply a little pressure as shownbelow to unlock
the metal bracket from the remote control.
Do not use product in a dazzling &/or distracting
manner. Keep product away from water. Clean
with a soft dry cloth only, Keep product away
from children. Do not expose product to extreme
physicalforce &/ortemperatures. Do not store
batteriesin either main unit or remote unit for
longer than advised battery life (to avoid battery
leakage & contamination).

Remote control can be positioned anywhere, with or without its bracket. For fixing to the front window,
remove bracket from the remote control & adjust suction cup to suit angle of front window . Fix bracket
to window by tightening the suction cup (choose a position offering the best line of sight for signal
communication with main unit). Slot remote control onto the bracket. Remote must be pointing at main
unit in orderto activate messages.
Do not position so as to be dazzling, distracting.
