-5- Getting started 1.1 Installing the SIM Cards and the Battery A SIM card carries useful information, including your mobile phone number, PIN (Personal Identification Number), PUK (PIN Unlocking Key), IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber Identity), network information, contacts data, and short messages data. Power off the phone, remove the rear cover, battery or other external power supply. Make the end of SIM card without cutting angle inside and aim at the card slot of the phone and metal surface of SIM card face downward, then insert SIM card to the card slot of the phone. 1.2 Charging the Battery The lithium battery delivered with the mobile phone can be put into use immediately after being unpacked. Your mobile phone can monitor and display the battery state.  Normally the remaining energy of the battery is indicated by the battery level icon at the upper right corner of the display screen.  When the battery energy is insufficient, the mobile phone prompts "Battery low". If you have set an alert tone, an alert tone will be given off when the battery level is too low.  A charging animation appears when the battery is being charged via a shielded USB cable. When the charging is complete, the animation disappears.  It is normal of the battery to become hot during the charging period.  The battery icon does no longer flicker when the charging process ends.  Use only the battery provided by the vendor. Otherwise, damages or even injuries could be caused during the charging.
-6-  Power off the mobile phone before removing the battery.  The charging process lasts a longer time for a new battery or a battery not in use for a long. If the battery voltage is too low to enable the mobile phone to be powered on, charge the battery for a longer time.  During the charging, ensure the battery is placed in a room temperature environment or in an environment close to room temperature. Immediately stop using the battery if the battery produces odor, overheats, cracks, distorts or has other damage, or if the electrolyte leaks.  The battery wears out with use. A longer charging time is required as the battery is put into use for a long time. 1.3 Linking to the Network After the SIM card and the mobile phone are successfully unlocked, the mobile phone automatically searches for an available network. Input method This mobile phone provides multiple input methods, including abc, es, fr, pt, nl, and numeric input method. 1.4 To Shift Entry Methods Press ctrl key to switch between input methods.
-7- 1.5 Numeric and English Input You can input numbers with the numeric input method. Press a number key to input the corresponding number. Switch to English input, press letter keys to input the English word. 1.6 Inserting a Symbol Press the sym key to enter the Select symbol interface and select a symbol you want. Using the Menus 1.7 Message You can send and receive test message. If the short message memory is full, a blinking message icon appears on the top of the screen. While entering the Messaging interface, you will see the following menu options: Write message, Inbox, Drafts, Outbox, Sent messages, Email, Broadcast messages, Templates and Message settings. 1.8 Calendar There is a monthly-view calendar for you to keep track of important appointments, etc. 1.9 Call center Call history  Missed Calls / Dialed Calls/ Received Calls/ Delete call logs/Call timers/Call cost/GPRS counter

Call settings  SIM Call settings Caller ID/Call waiting/ Call divert You can browse a list of above.  Advanced settings Through this function, you can set Blacklist, Auto redial, IP dial, Call time display, Call time reminder, Auto quick end, Reject by SMS, Connect notice and Answer mode. 1.10 Settings Bluetooth You can use Bluetooth to transfer data and files after you pair your device with other device. WLAN This phone supports WLAN. You can access the local network through WLAN. For details about WLAN settings and operations, please refer to the WLAN section in Options > Settings. Profiles The mobile phone provides multiple user profiles, General, Silent, Meeting, Outdoor, Low Power mode and My style. You can customize settings on profile and then activate corresponding profiles. There is no option for activating the Headset mode on the screen. When you insert an earpiece to the mobile
-9- phone, the mobile phone automatically enters the Headset mode. For details on operation, refer to General. If you set Call settings > Advanced settings > Answer mode to Any key, incoming calls will be automatically answered. Push Messenger This is a third-party chatting tool. You must sign in with a push messenger ID to use this function. If your contacts also have an ID, you can communicate with each other in a more convenient way. Please contact the network supporter to for more details about it. Triple SIM settings  Only SIM 1 Open  Only SIM 2 Open  Only SIM 3 Open Phone Settings  Time and date: Set the date format, the time format, and detail time of the location.  Schedule power on/off: Set the time of power on/off.  Language: Select the display language for the mobile phone.  Pref. input method: Select one of the input methods as the prior. So while you write SMS, it will automatically display the selected input method by default.  Display: Users can access this item to set wallpaper, Screen auto lock, Screen saver, Power on display and Power off display.  Auto update time: Used to synchronize the time on the phone with the network time.  Flight mode: Once you switch on Flight mode, your phone will have no service.  Misc. settings: You can set LCD backlight here.
-10- Network settings You can search the network again. Select your favorite network and choose to register the network automatically or manually. Preferred networks: You can set the preferred registered network for SIM card. Security Settings This function provides you with related settings about safety use.  SIM security PIN lock: The PIN (Personal identification number, 4 to 8 digits) code prevents your SIM card from being used by unauthorized people. Change PIN/PIN2: In general, the PIN is supplied with SIM card by the network operator. If PIN check is enabled, you need to input the PIN each time when you power on your mobile phone. The SIM card will be locked if you input wrong PIN code for three times.  Phone security Phone lock: Set the phone lock, the password is 1234 by default. Change password: You should firstly input initial password 1234, and input the desired new password.  Certificate manager You can choose Auth. certificate or set User certificate. Restore factory settings Use this function to restore factory settings. The initial password is 1234. 1.11 Phonebook You can Quick search the number of the person you want to contact. Please enter the initial letter of the person’s name, and related records about it will display in the middle of the screen. You can locate your
-11- records, and then you can view, send SMS/MMS, call, edit, delete, copy, move and so on. This mobile phone can store up to 500 telephone numbers. 1.12 Web STK web is the tool kit of SIM card. This phone supports the web function .The specific items are depended by SIM card and network. 1.13 TV Analog TV allows users anywhere receive analog TV signals, adjust the volume in the player interface with the ◄, ► buttons, full-screen switching, and changing the channel. 1.14 Fun and Games Access this menu, it provides with an embedded game (F1 race, Puzzle). For specific operation about game, please refer to ‘Help’ option of the game. And you can entry YouTube, also you can install Java games. 1.15 Camera Use this function to capture pictures. The camera will open the view-finding mode as soon as it is selected. During the view-finding mode, adjust the lens to allow what is being photographed to appear in the viewfinder. During the view-finding mode, you can select the options to change the camera settings to the ones you desire. Touch the ▲, ▼ keys to adjust the focus distance of the camera and press the ◄, ► to adjust the brightness.
-12- 1.16 BLU Club Access this menu, you have several chatting applications, i.e. Facebook, Games, Twitter, Skype, MSN and Yahoo. Before you launch any of them, you should have GPRS settings; for more information, you should contact the SIM network operator. 1.17 Organizer File manager Use this menu to view the stored files in the micro SD card. In the Organizer menu interface, click “File Manager” to enter this submenu, menu display “Memory Card” (if the Memory card is inserted into the mobile-phone). Tasks Show all the schedules. In options menu, in includes view, add, edit, delete, delete overdue, delete all, jump to date, view uncompleted, send Calendar and Save as file. (The operation is same as the memo of calendar). Alarm Five alarm clocks are set but deactivated by default. For each alarm clock, the date and time can be set with ringing alert. Blu Store Blu store is a store service. The service requires GPRS and internet connection. Games, pictures, songs, etc are provided, part of which is chargeable. Calculator This calculator provides limited precision and is only applicable to simple arithmetic calculation.
-13- Stopwatch Stopwatch is to carry out the function of record time.  Typical Stopwatch: Two options for your choice: Split Timing and Lap Timing. You can start/pause record the time by press the left soft key. Split Timing: After recording one period time and save it. It is suitable for the records less than 20 entries. Lap Timing: After recording one period and reset it zero. It is suitable for one entry record. View record: To check the records of the stopwatch.  nWay Stopwatch: Press the navigation keys to record the time of up/down/left/right key. 1.18 Multimedia Image viewer You can view the pictures or images through this function. Video recorder This function enables you to record videos. Video player Use this function to play video files. Audio player Use this function to play audio files. In audio player interface, you can press - or + key to tune volume.
-14- Sound recorder Use this function to record audio files. The phone supports AMR format. FM Radio You can use the application as a traditional FM radio with automatic tuning and saved channels. Tap - or + key to tune volume. Ebook Reader You can use this application to read digital books. FCC Regulations This mobile phone complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user‘s authority to operate the equipment. 4RF Exposure Information (SAR) This mobile phone meets the government’s requirements for exposure to radio waves. This phone is designed and manufactured not to exceed the emission limits for exposure to radio frequency (RF) energy set by the Federal Communications Commission of the U.S. Government. The exposure standard for wireless mobile phones employs a unit of measurement known as the Specific Absorption Rate, or SAR. The SAR limit set by the FCC is 1.6W/kg. *Tests for SAR are conducted using standard operating positions accepted by the FCC with the phone transmitting at its highest certified power level in all tested frequency bands. Although the SAR is determined at the highest certified power level, the actual SAR level of the phone while operating can be well below the maximum value. This is because the
-16- phone is designed to operate at multiple power levels so as to use only the poser required to reach the network. In general, the closer you are to a wireless base station antenna, the lower the power output. The highest SAR value for the model phone as reported to the FCC when tested for use at the ear is 0.640W/kg and when worn on the body, as described in this user guide, is 1.168W/kg (Body-worn measurements differ among phone models, depending upon available accessories and FCC requirements.) While there may be differences between the SAR levels of various phones and at various positions, they all meet the government requirement. The FCC has granted an Equipment Authorization for this model phone with all reported SAR levels evaluated as in compliance with the FCC RF exposure guidelines.
