1 USER MANUAL For Mobile Phone Tank 4.5
2Special notes The phone adopts dual-card dual-standby single-access design, i.e., two SIM cards inserted into the phone cannot receive and make a voice call at the same time or access the internet simultaneously. When one SIM card is calling or access to the internet, the other SIM card must be OFF; therefore, another SIM card cannot receive a call or access the internet. If someone dials the number of the other SIM card at the same time, he or she will hear “The number you have dialed is not within the service area”, this is caused by the single-access design of the phone rather than the network condition of the network operator. Single access is because the phone adopts a single chip design, which can increase the standby time significantly and reduce its power consumption. Users are recommended to consult the local network operator and subscribe “Missed call prompt” service to avoid the problem of missing calls without a prompt under the above conditions.

Keep the battery away from heat source and high voltage during use and keep it out of children’s reach. Never drop the battery. 3. Only charge the battery with the original charger supplied with the phone. The battery must be charged, used and stored at electrostatic-free places. Do not charge the battery for more than 24 hours. 4. Be careful not to confuse the negative and positive poles during battery installation. Never have its negative and positive poles short-circuited. Keep it away from damp to prevent accidents. 5. Take out the battery from the phone and keep it half-charged in a low-temperature and low RH environment when it will be idle for a long time. 6. The battery has a specified service life. If the phone for the battery is not used for so much time as expected, the battery shall be replaced. The battery has to be taken out from the phone immediately upon expiration of its service life. Waste batteries shall be disposed safely in a proper manner. Return waste batteries to the supplier or sent it to the designated recovery sites rather than placing them into domestic refuse bags.
32 Battery hazard warning 1. Never heat the battery or throw it into fire. Never throw it into water and keep it away from moisture. Never place it into a heating utensil, a washing machine or a high-pressure container. Never place it in a high-temperature environment or throw it into fire to avoid explosion. 2. Keep it away from metal as it may result in battery damage; for example, never place it into a pocket or a bag together with metal wares such as necklace, hairpins, coins or screws. Do not store it with the above articles. 3. Never try to disassemble 4. Stop using immediately in case of leakage, smelly odor, getting hot, color change, deformation or other abnormalities during use, charging or storage. 5. Flush the skin with clean water immediately and go to the hospital for treatment in a timely manner if the user’s skin is exposed to battery electrolyte due to electrolyte leakage.  Precautions for children Put the phone out of children’s reach to prevent them from playing with it as a toy, resulting in personal injury. Moreover, children may damage the phone or its accessories by accident. Some small parts of the phone or its accessories may be removed and swallowed by children.  Other considerations The phone shall not be dismantled by non-professionals without authorization. 35 FCC Regulations: This mobile phone complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. This mobile phone has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiated radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures: -Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
36-Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver. -Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected. -Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help. Caution: Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user‘s authority to operate the equipment. 4RF Exposure Information (SAR) This mobile phone meets the government’s requirements for exposure to radio waves. This phone is designed and manufactured not to exceed the emission limits for exposure to radio frequency (RF) energy set by the Federal Communications Commission of the U.S. Government. The exposure standard for wireless mobile phones employs a unit of measurement known as the Specific Absorption Rate, or SAR. The SAR limit set by the FCC is 1.6W/kg. *Tests for SAR are conducted using standard operating positions accepted by the FCC with the phone transmitting at its highest certified power level in all tested frequency
37 bands. Although the SAR is determined at the highest certified power level, the actual SAR level of the phone while operating can be well below the maximum value. This is because the phone is designed to operate at multiple power levels so as to use only the power required to reach the network. In general, the closer you are to a wireless base station, the lower the power output. The highest SAR value for the model phone as reported to the FCC when tested for use at the ear is 0.55 W/kg and when worn on the body, as described in this user guide, is 1.17 W/kg (Body-worn measurements differ among phone models, depending upon available enhancements and FCC requirements.) While there may be differences between the SAR levels of various phones and at various positions, they all meet the government requirement. The FCC has granted an Equipment Authorization for this model phone with all reported SAR levels evaluated as in compliance with the FCC RF exposure guidelines. SAR information on this model phone is on file with the FCC and
38can be found under the Display Grant section of http://www.fcc.gov/oet/fccid after searching on FCC ID: YHLBLUTANK45. For body worn operation, this phone has been tested and meets the FCC RF exposure guidelines for use with an accessory that contains no metal and the positions the handset a minimum of 1.0cm from the body. Use of other enhancements may not ensure compliance with FCC RF exposure guidelines. If you do no t use a body-worn accessory and are not holding the phone at the ear, position the handset a minimum of 1.0 cm from your body when the phone is switched on. http://www.fcc.gov/oet/fccid
