-4- 1 General Information 1.1 Profile Please read this manual carefully before using and keep it for future reference. Due to different software and network operators, the display on your phone may differ.

-6- 2.2 Functions of Keys The mobile phone provides the following keys:  Dial key Press it to start a call by entering the called number or selecting a contact from the phonebook; or press it to receive an incoming call; or press it in standby state to show the latest call records  End key Press it to end a call being dialed or end an ongoing call; or press it to exit the menu and return to the standby state; or hold it for two or three seconds to power on or off the mobile phone.  Left and right soft key The bottom line on the screen displays the functions of the Left and Right soft key.  Direction key Press them to scroll the options when browsing a function list. In edit state, press direction keys to navigate.  OK key Press it to confirm your selection.  Delete key Press it to delete a character before cursor.  Linefeed This key helps to switch to another line when the interface is in the edit interface.  Shift key Press this key to switch between input methods.  Space key
-7- Press it in the edit interface to get a blank.  Sym key Press it in the edit interface to input a symbol.  Alt key In edit interface, press it to input an alternative symbol or number.  Audio shortcut key Press it in the idle screen to enter audio interface.  Number keys, letters Press number keys or letter keys to input or edit state to input numbers or letters; 3 Getting started Installing the SIM Cards, T-Flash Card and the Battery An SIM card carries useful information, including your mobile phone number, PIN (Personal Identification Number), PIN2, PUK (PIN Unlocking Key), PUK2 (PIN2 Unlocking Key), IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber Identity), network information, contacts data, and short messages data.  Installation  Hold the End key for a while to power off the mobile phone  Push the back cover above the battery and remove it.  Pull the left battery buckle outward and then lift the battery away.  Insert the SIM card into the SIM card slot lightly with the corner cutting of the card aligning to the notch of the slot and the gold plate of the card facing download, till the SIM card cannot be further pushed in.
-8-  The T-Flash card is a pluggable mobile storage card inside the mobile phone. Insert the T-flash card into the T-flash card slot.  With the metallic contacts of the battery facing the metallic contacts in the battery slot, press the battery down until it locks into place.  Phone Lock Code The phone lock code may be set to prevent your mobile phone from being misused. The initial phone lock code is set to 1122 by the manufacturer. If the phone lock code is set, you need to input the phone lock code when powering on the mobile phone.  PIN The PIN (Personal identification number, 4 to 8 digits) code prevents your SIM card from being used by unauthorized people. If PIN check is enabled, you need to input the PIN each time when you power on your mobile phone. The SIM card will be locked if you input wrong PIN code for three times. Unlocking methods as follows: -Input the correct PUK according to the screen tips to unlock the SIM card. -Then input the new PIN and press the OK key. -Input the new PIN again and then press the OK key. -If the input PUK is correct, the SIM card will be unlocked and the PIN will be reset. Note: The SIM card will be locked if you input wrong PIN code for three times. To unlock the SIM card, you need to input the PUK. In general, the PUK can be obtained from the network operator.
-9- 4 Using the menu 4.1 Messaging Through this function, you can create, read or send a new message.  Write message: Access this menu to create a text message or a multimedia message.  Inbox: Received messages are listed in this item.  Drafts: Drafts messages are listed in this menu.  Outbox: The messages which are sent failed are stored in the Outbox.  Sent messages: Sent messages are listed in this menu.  Broadcast Messages: This network service enables you to receive a variety of text messages, such as broadcast messages about weather forecast or road conditions. At present, few networks provide this service. Please consult the network operator.  Templates: Ten text templates are embedded in the phone. They can be used to create a new message.  Message Settings：This function enables you to set the default features about the SMS, MMS and service message. 4.2 Multimedia  Mobile TV: You are able to access this menu to watch mobile TV programs. Before you watch TV programs, you’d better select the right area. Then you can search available channels and select channel to watch.  Camera: The phone is provided with a camera, which supports the photographing functions.  Image Viewer: You can view the pictures or images through this function.
-10-  Video Recorder: This function enables you to record dynamic pictures.  Video Player: Use this function to play video files: play/pause（OK key）, fast forward (press and hold right direction key) and rewind (press and hold left direction key). In video player interface, you can press up and down direction key to tune volume, press * key to switch to full screen play.  Audio Player: Use this function to play audio files.  Sound Recorder: The phone support WAV and AMR. The AMR takes the compression algorithm. So in the same memory condition, it has longer recording time than WAV.  FM Radio: You can use the application as a traditional FM radio with automatic tuning and saved channels. In FM radio interface, you can press I/- or O/+ key to tune volume. 4.3 Call History Through this function, you can view a list of All calls, Missed calls, Dialed call and Received calls. 4.4 Calculator The calculator can add, subtract, multiply and divide. To use the calculator: Press the up, down, left, right and middle key to select ＋, －, ×, ÷, ＝ respectively. 4.5 Contact The mobile phone can store up to 300 telephone numbers. The number of telephone numbers that an SIM card can store depends on the storage capacity of the SIM card. The telephone numbers stored in the mobile phone and in the SIM cards.
-11- 4.6 Settings  Push Messenger: You can receive and manage push messages in this interface.  Dual SIM Settings: Dual-SIM refers to two SIM card slots, and the two cards can standby at the same time or set one of them to display on the idle screen.  Phone Settings: Through this function, you can set time, date, language, auto power on/off, etc. Note: When flight mode is engaged, it will suspend many of the device's signals transmitting functions – thereby disabling the device's capacity to place or receive calls or text messages– while still permitting use of other functions that do not require signal transmission (e.g., games, built-in camera, MP3 player.)  User Profiles: The mobile phone provides multiple user profiles, so that you can customize some settings to adapt to the specific events and environment.  Call Settings: You can set Caller ID, call waiting, call divert, call barring, line switching, group list, blacklist, auto redial, IP dial, call time display, call time reminder ,auto quick end, reject by SMS , connect notice and answer mode through this function.  Network Settings: You can set the network, preferred network and GPRS transfer pref. through this function.  Security Settings：You can use the security settings to ensure the safety of mobile phones and SIM cards to use.  Connectivity: Data Account: Access this interface to set GPRS parameters.  Restore Factory Settings: Use this function to restore factory settings. The pre-set password is 1122. 4.7 Audio Player Use this function to play audio files: play/pause（up direction key）, switch to last song/next song （press left
-12- or right direction key）, fast forward (press and hold right direction key) and rewind (press and hold left direction key), stop (down direction key), play list( left soft key). In audio player interface, you can press I/- or O/+ key to tune volume. 4.8 Mobile TV You are able to access this menu to watch mobile TV programs. Before you watching TV programs, you’d better select the right area. Then you can search available channels and select the channel what you want to watch. 4.9 Camera The phone is provided with a camera, which supports the photographing functions. Roll the phone to align the camera to the picture and then press OK key to capture photos. 4.10 BLU Club  Blu Club: This function enables you to view the internet and set the default features about the network. You can log on Facebook, Skype, MSN, Yahoo, Twitter and Games etc. through a web page.  BLU Store: You can access to BLU Store through this function.  Settings: Select SIM1 or SIM2 as per your need. 4.11 Organizer  Calendar: Once you enter this menu, there is a monthly-view calendar for you to keep the track of important appointments etc. Days of events entered will be marked.  Tasks: Choosing date, call or anniversary to create new memo.  Alarm: Five alarm clocks are set but deactivated by default. You can activate one, multiple or all of them

For each alarm clock, the ringing date and the ringing time can be set.  Stopwatch: Stopwatch is simple application for measuring time with possibility to register several results and suspend/resume measurement.  World Clock：Access this menu to view time of main cities in various time zones.  Note: You can record some information in this menu.  Ebook Reader：E-book reader enables you to read TXT file.  File Manager：The phone provides a certain space for users to manage files and supports the T-Flash card. The capacity of the T-Flash card is selectable. You can use the file manager to conveniently manage various directories and files on the phone and the T-Flash card.  Bluetooth：You can transfer data, such as music to other devices using Bluetooth. Search the device and then accept/transfer the data. The received data is automatically stored in the directory. 4.12 WEB: This function enables you to view the internet. Your phone will ask you with existed way. *The company reserves the right to issue no further notice in case of upgrade or modification of this model. You can use a shielded USB Cable connecting to the computer for data communication.
-14- FCC Regulations: This mobile phone complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. This mobile phone has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiated radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures: -Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna. -Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver. -Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected. -Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help. Caution: Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user‘s authority to operate the equipment.
-15- RF Exposure Information (SAR) This phone is designed and manufactured not to exceed the emission limits for exposure to radio frequency (RF) energy set by the Federal Communications Commission of the United States, Industry Canada of Canada. During SAR testing, this device was set to transmit at its highest certified power level in all tested frequency bands, and placed in positions that simulate RF exposure in usage against the head with no separation, and near the body with the separation of 15 mm. Although the SAR is determined at the highest certified power level, the actual SAR level of the device while operating can be well below the maximum value. This is because the phone is designed to operate at multiple power levels so as to use only the power required to reach the network. In general, the closer you are to a wireless base station antenna, the lower the power output. The exposure standard for wireless devices employing a unit of measurement is known as the Specific Absorption Rate, or SAR. The SAR limit set by the FCC is 1.6W/kg, and 1.6W/kg by Industry Canada. This device is complied with SAR for general population /uncontrolled exposure limits in ANSI/IEEE C95.1-1992 and Canada RSS 102, and had been tested in accordance with the measurement methods and procedures specified in OET Bulletin 65 Supplement C, and Canada RSS 102. This device has been tested, and meets the FCC, IC RF exposure guidelines when tested with the device directly contacted to the body.
-16- The FCC has granted an Equipment Authorization for this model phone with all reported SAR levels evaluated as in compliance with the FCC RF exposure guidelines. SAR information on this model phone is on file with the FCC and can be found under the Display Grant section of www.fcc.gov/oet/ea/fccid after searching on FCC ID: YHLBLUTATTOOS. For this device, the highest reported SAR value for usage against the head is 1.08 W/kg, for usage near the body is 0.36W/kg. While there may be differences between the SAR levels of various phones and at various positions, they all meet the government requirements. SAR compliance for body-worn operation is based on a separation distance of 15 mm between the unit and the human body. Carry this device at least 15 mm away from your body to ensure RF exposure level compliant or lower to the reported level. To support body-worn operation, choose the belt clips or holsters, which do not contain metallic components, to maintain a separation of 15 mm between this device and your body. RF exposure compliance with any body-worn accessory, which contains metal, was not tested and certified, and use such body-worn accessory should be avoided.
