(A All the draw wing/writing will be cleared whe en changes to different m mode) 13 7.3 USB Player function 1) Click on the “USB Player” button on the start page to enter “USB Player” function. You can playback the Photo/Music/Video/Office files from the attached USB drive. Details please see the USB Player section. 7.4 Conference Control Mode 1) Click to enable conference control mode and the sender will be blocked when they try to overtake the screen from the sender application. The moderator can only manage the projecting sender through web conference control page or the OSD PC‐List. 2) Click to disable conference control mode, the sender can overtake the screen freely by pressing the button on the sender application. 14 7.5 Sender List Click on the “Sender‐List” button to show all connected sender list, you can also pick the sender name to display the screen/content from that sender. 7.6 Split Screen mode 1) Click on the “Split Screen” button on the start page to enter “Split Screen” page. By connecting t HID touch screen/IWB device,, users can control the the standby scrreen, whiteboard and the pro ojecting screeen remote ely from thee Touch Screeen/IWB de evice. Note: 1. The UM MT can only support staandard USB B HID touch device, thee supported touch device can be b found fro om wePrese ent distributtor. 16 2 2. It will process the touch event and send the mouse event to seender when the sender is Windowss XP, 7 and Mac. 3. The USB port on WiPG‐2000S S can supplyy up to 5V/0 0.5A power, the additio onal power supply is reequired if the attached HID device required m more power. 7.9 Pen Me enu Funcction und der Proje ecting Mo ode 1) When userrs are projeccting througgh Windows, Mac, And droid and iO OS applicatio on, any Win7/8 8 standard HID H compattible device e (i.e Mousee/IWB/Touch Screen) caan be used for Peen feature. (Small, Medium, Big) Change to Pointer Mode 18 8 Web b Managgementt 8.1 Home Page 1) M Make sure your PC connect to weP Present WiP PG‐2000S bo ox successfully. 2) Enter the receiver IP ad ddress on yo our browserr; you can fiind the IP address on the projector/di splay screen. (Default IP is 192.16 68.100.10) 3) P Please selecct the “Wind dows Utilityy” or “mac Utility” and execute thee installatio on program. Note: Pleasee disable the “Smart Sccreen Filter”” on IE brow wser; otherw wise you might n able to download not the file. 4) Download th he Device Profile on yo our Window ws or Mac laaptop, doub ble click thiss profile (.wipg), it will lau unch the wePresent uttility automatically and d connect to o this device witho out further operation. 8.2 Confere ence Con ntrol 1) Select “Confference Con ntrol” functiion, you can n find the cu urrent conn nected user list 19 on this page. Please make sure the lock on the start page is disabled. 2) Enter password and then press [Login]. (default password: moderator) 3) After login, you can see a User List on the screen which indicates all of the users connected to wePresent WiPG‐2000S box. 4) The default setting is “allow control from this page only”. (Default Password: admin) 8.4 System Status 1) Click on “Sysstem Statuss” option, it will show current system status. Time Zone: Current Time zone. 22 8.5 Device Setup 1) Click on “Device Setup” option, it will show the device setting items, : 720p, 1080i, 1080p , UXGA(1600*1200), WXGA+(1440*900), WXGA(1360*768, 1280x768, 1280x800) ,XGA(1024*768) and HDMI Auto Detect. : You can select “Disable”, “Random”, or “Use the following code” to set a specified 4‐characters Number. 2) Click on “Date and Time Settings” option, it will show the time setting items, Choose
