Install the included AAA batteries,and replace the battery cover.2. Tune your FM radio receiver to channels 88.1, 88.3, 88.5, and 88.7, noting which channelis the clearest. The ideal channel is one that has a very weak radio station, or no radiostation at all, broadcasting on it.3. Set the channel selection switch on the side of your TuneCast transmitter to the channeldecided upon in step 2, above.4. Connect the 3.5mm headphone plug on the cable attached to your TuneCast transmitter tothe headphone or line-out jack on your MP3 player or other audio source.5. Set the volume adjustment on your MP3 player or other audio source to a medium level.6. Press the power button on your TuneCast transmitter. The power indicator LED light on theTuneCast transmitter will indicate that the power is on.7. Tune your FM radio to the channel decided upon in step 2, above.8. Adjust the volume control of your FM radio to the desired listening level.For best results:• Try to keep the TuneCast transmitter close to the antenna of your FM radio. While thetransmitter often works at distances of 30 feet or more, a distance of 10 feet or less willminimize interference and provide the strongest signal.• Keep fresh batteries in the TuneCast transmitter. When the batteries become very low, thetransmission strength will weaken.FCC StatementThis device complies with part 15 of the FCC rules.
