Please note that automatic and manual do not referto the transmission type. Rather, automatic and mauhaul referto the type of remote start reservation, A) Automatic Remote Start Reservation (Default) 1) Before truning offthe enigine, put the transmission into Neutral, Ensure that the parking brake (emergency brake) is engaged. Take foot oflthe foot brake. 2) Turn the key to the OFF position The engine should still be running, 3) Exit the vehicle within 2 minutes. 4) Once the last door is closed, the enigne will tur off. 6) Lcok (arm) the system Remote start is ready to be used. 8) Manual Remote Start Reservation ) Before turning oft'the engine, put the transmission into Neutral Ensure that the parking Brake (emergency brake) is engaged. Take foot oflthe foot brake. Press || button for 2 seconds. Turn the key to the OFF position. The engine should still be running. EXit the vehicle within 2 minutes. Once the last door is closed, the engine will turn oifl. Lcok (arm) the system.
