GROUNDINGINSTRUCTIONS
This appliance must be connected to a grounded
wiring system. If it should malfunction or break
down, grounding provides a safe path of least
resistance for electrical current, reducing the risk of
electrical shock. The cord for this appliance has an
equipment-grounding conductor and a grounding
plug. It must only be plugged into an outlet that is
properly installed and grounded in accordance with
all local codes and ordinances.

power switch down.The HeatIndicator Lightwill
comeon. Within25-30 seconds,the flow of water
and solution will be 25°F warmer.

Assembling your new BISSELLFlip-It is a simple
2 Step Process:
NOTE:Remove clean tank from unit first.
1. Insertthe Handleinto the top of the unit, making
sure the SprayTriggeris on the WetVacuumside.
Make sure the screw opening in the handle is
alignedwith the holein the housingof the unit.
2. Insertscrew; gently screw in until tightwith the
bodyof the unit.
