BioTransceiver for Tanita Weight Scales
Supplemental Instructions
Please consult the Tanita® Operating Instruction sheet for instructions on setting up
the scale and measuring your weight. Pay particular attention to ensuring that the
scale is on a hard, even surface (not carpet).
To Weigh Yourself
1. Press button number 1 on the left of the front edge of the scale
2. Wait for the scale to read 0.0 and beep
3. Stand on the scale and wait for it to beep again
4. Your current weight is automatically sent to the SenseWear® Wireless Gateway
Only readings taken with
button 1 will be relayed to
your monitoring service
NOTE: Other members of your household
may use buttons 2-5 to weigh themselves
without affecting your care
