2. Open. "My Computel’ and locate the, “USB Drlve”.
3. Right click on the, “USB Drive” select, “Format” choose. “FAT 32” as the tile system In the
pop-up window. and then click, “OK",
4. Once the card is formatted, create three folders on the USB drive exactly as “STORY”,
“MUSIC", "CUSTOM".

1. Why is the Alilo bunny not powering on?
Check and make sure Alilo bunny is fully charged.
Connect the Alilo to the oomputer and check it there are unsupported hles on the Micro
SD cards
2. Why does the Alilo bunny have no sound when power is on?
Adjust the volume by turning the tail.
Check and make sure it the files on the Micro SD card are in supported format.
Make sure there are three folders on the Micro SD card named exactly as “ MUSIC”, '
STOR ". “ CUSTOM“.
3. Why is the Alilo bunny not charging?
Make sure the power is switched off.
Check the USB cable and port to make sure there are no physical damages to theme
Care, Cleaning and Maintenance
Alilo bunny can be wiped clean with any mild household multi-purpose,
non-abrasive cleaner and disinfectant.
Avoid the use of abrasive cleaners, as they will scratch the surface of the unit.
Do not submerge the unit in any liquid as it will damage the electrical components.
