Tire Pressure Monitoring System TAG-READER Tire Pressure Monitoring System for Mining Trucks MODEL K712 series   User’s Manual
 How to measure  Please follow our instructions so that you can measure five data in below table.  ITEM VIEW ITEM SELECT Explanation Pressure psi Displays tire pressure in 1psi increments. Temperature ℃ Displays  tire  temperature  in 1℃  increments. Vehicle information - Vehicle type, Number Sensor information - Sensor  ID,  Position,  Error code Time - Current time  1. Select Tire Monitor Application “Tire Monitor”.            2. Select “Operator” and press “NEXT” button.
3. Press “Launch TagRewriter Appli” button.            4. Point TAG-READER to tire side face which you want to measure.   And put TAG-READER 2 close to the tire side face.               -Please do not touch the TAG-READER on metal such as wheels.   Otherwise, radio waves from the sensor will be blocked and data transmission will fail.  5. Press “Measure” button
 6. Press Trigger button of TAG-READER.   The button is locating left side wall.              -Data measurement starts as soon as Trigger button is pressed..   -The measurement is only one time when you pressed trigger button.  7. Data are transferred from sensor in tire to TAG-READER.  8. When data transmission is completed, short beep sound come up. And the received data are   displayed on the monitor.             -If data transmission is failed, long beep sound come up.  9.  Repeat  steps  4-8  so  that  you  can  continue  to  measure  another  tires  on  a  vehicle  or measure same tire again.
◆  How to charge the battery for PDA 1. Insert the connector of charger into the charger slot.          2. Please remove the connector when the LED is solid green of PDA.            ※ CAUTION  Never attempt to disassemble or modify the TAG-READER.  Do not handle the TAG-READER with wet hands. Keep the product away from water.  Be careful not to drop or step on the TAG-READER, or hit it against a hard object.  Do not leave the TAG-READER in places of severe temperature change or outside the specified storage temperature range.
