WARRANTY
BROADCASTVISION warrants the BVSOO to be free from defects in
material and workmanship for a period of three years from date
of shipment, provided that the equipment has not been sub-
ject to mechanical, electrical, or other abuse or modifications.
BROADCASTVlSlDN warrants the Fitness Cinema receiver to be free
from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one
year from date of shipment, provided that the equipment has
not been subject to mechanical, electrical, or other abuse or
modifications.
Should a fitness Cinema transmitter or receiver not function
properly, please call BROADCASTVISION for a return authori-
zation number. Note: hmflmeflmamnlmum
111mm BROADCASTVISION will, at their option,
repair or replace the equipment after verification of the problem.
Equipment that fails after the warranty period will be repaired
at the current price of parts and labor after authorization from
the customer. Repairs are warranted for 90 days.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or
implied. .
NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to comply
with the limits for Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are
designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful in-
terference when the equipment is operated in a commercial
environment. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate
radio frequency energy and If not installed and used in accorf
dance with the instruction manual, may cause harmful inter-
ference to radio communications.
The user is cautioned that changes or modifications not ex-
pressly approved by the manufacturer of the equipment could
void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.
