 Regulatory Statements to be included in the Users Guide for Sputnik  USA-Federal Communications Commission (FCC) This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy. If not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, it may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation.  If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by tuning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try and correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:  -Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna -Increase the distance between the equipment and the receiver. -Connect the equipment to outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected. -Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help. During normal operation of notebooks:  To avoid the possibility of exceeding the FCC radio frequency exposure limits, human proximity to the antennae should not be less than 20 cm (8 inches), including when the computer display is closed. To identify the location of the wireless antennae, refer to the Notebook Tour user guide included with the computer. This device must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter.  During normal operation of tablet PCs:  To avoid the possibility of exceeding the FCC radio frequency exposure limits, human proximity to the antennae should not be less than 2.5 cm (1 inch). For lap-held operation, this notebook has been tested and meets the FCC RF exposure limits. Nevertheless, the notebook shall be used in such a manner that the potential for human contact during normal operation is minimized. To identify the location of the wireless antennae, refer to the Tablet PC Tour user guide included with the computer. This device must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with  any other antenna or transmitter, except for optional Bluetooth transmitter (FCC ID: QDS-BRCM1018).
