CAT NO. 60—4366 OWNER’S MANUAL MINI TIGER TANK This Tank comes in two frequency<27MHz and 49MHz). The transmitter and tank also have a three—position channel switch. So up to six tanks can be run together by using different channel units and selecting a different position of the switch. The tank runs about five minutes per about 2minute charge on the charge stand You can enioy firing cannon and machine gun with sound and vibration of transmitter. You can enoy seeing the the tank recoild and lighting at firing cannon. NOTE You need these items(available at your local RadioShack store) to ower your MINI TIGER TANK One Swolt battery for the transmitter. Six ”AA” batteries for the charger Before You Start The tank is fastened to the charge stand with a shipping screw, You will need to loosen the screw to free the tank from the charger stand. Open the battery compartment cover on the bottom of the charging stand and loosen the shipping screw. PREPARATION INSTALLING BATTERIES CAUTIONS ' Use only a fresh battery of the required size and recommended type. - If you do not plan to use the tank for a week or more, remove the battery from the transmitter. Batteries can leak chemicals that can damage electronic parts. - Never leave dead or weak batteries in the transmitter, - Dispose of batteries and the battery promptly and properly; do not bury or burn them. ATTAOHING THE TRANSMITTER’S ANTENNA Thread the antenna into the transmitters antenna connector, Make sure the connection is tight. IN THE TRANSMITTER You need one 9-volt battery to power the transmitter For the best performance and longest life we recommend a RadioShack alkaline battery 1. Slide the transmitter’s OFF/ON switch to OFF. 2. Loosen the screw on the battery compartment cover and remove the cover, 3. Put the battery in the compartment as indicated by the polarity symho|s(*and—) marked inside. 1 2003/ 4/ 25 4. Replace the cover and tighten the screw. When the power indicator flashes. replace the battery. Remove the tank from the stand. Do not remove the tank from the charge stand while the indicator is on. - We recommend you to charge the tank’s battery whether the tank's power switch is off. ' Do not charge the tank's battery too often. Instead, run the tank until the battery fully discharges and the tank stops. Then charge the battery. This extends the battery's ability to fully recharge. FOUNCTION Left Control Lever —-Moves the tank forward or back ward. Right Control Lever —— Turns the tank left or right (please control with Left Control Lever) Left Button —————— Turret left turn Right Button —————— -— Turret right turn Machine gun shooting button —— Machine gun shooting button with sound Fire Cannon gun shooting —— Fire Cannon gun shooting with LED lights on and sound To spin the tank. push only the right control lever -rlght to spin right —|efi: to spin left CAUTIONS HELPFUL HINTS These hints can help you get the most enjoyment from your Tank, - If someone uses a CB nearby, it might interfere wifli control of the Tank. if this happens, move the tank away from the CB - You cannot operate your Tank near devices with transmitters that use the same Freouency as your tank(27MHZ/49MHZ). ' Be sure the tank is not out of the transmitter's range. The range depends on the surroundings and on battery strength. El Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver. El Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is needed.
