This section describes how to install your Ethernet
adapter. Perform lhe following steps to inslall the
adamerl
l. Tum off your wmpuler and all periphmls.
2. Make anal: of the cables and cards that are non-
neeted to the computer and disconnect them
3. Remove your personal eampulel‘s cover (referee
the owner’s manual of your personal computer).
4. Select any available FCI slut, and remove the slot
cover.
5, Cuefillly install the Ethernet adapter into the ex-
panswn slot by firmly pressing the caxd into the
edge of the connector slut until the adapter is
snugly mud in the expansion slot and fasten the
retaining bracket with screw fmm the slot cover,
6. Reinstall your pelwnnl computer’s eover and re-
connect the power cord and all cables.
