I. Introduction:
This system is constituted by host (screen), requester (button) and remote controller. Basic
function is when there is call from requester; the host will display the requester number and
with a clear sound prompt.
With so many advantages like high efficiency, good quality, long distance, etc. this system is
common applied in hotels, restaurants, tea & coffee houses nightclubs, etc.
II
Basic function
a. The information display can display 4 requester numbers simultaneously, very
clear, and can heighten efficiency.
b. When it display “ the screen is full”, there also can be 12 numbers lining up, no
missing, so it can reduce carelessness,
c. If there is one number, the number will display on the first place; if more than 4
numbers, the waiting number will display on the waiting place.
d. If use 3-button requester, when press “service” button, the number will display
statically, when press “bill” button, the number will flash, when press “cancel”
button, the number will disappear,
e.
You can cancel the relative number on the screen by “1, 2, 3, 4” button on the
remote controller. And then the waiting number will appear.
f. You can set “automatic cancel time”, means how long the number on the screen
will disappear automatically.
g. You can cancel the first number by “DEL” or” ENT” button on the remote
controller with has the same function of “1” button.
h. You can modify the volume by buttons on remote controller or on screen. The
volume range is from 0 to 31. “0” is silence.

System appearance
1)Host: there are 4 requester numbers and 1 waiting number.
2):Remote controller:
There are 8 buttons on it. “1, 2, 3, 4” are cancel buttons. “ESC”,“ENT”“-/ALT”,
“+/TAB”are multi-function buttons.
There are 8 buttons on the remote controller. “1, 2, 3, 4” are cancel buttons.
“ESC”“ENT”“-”,“+”are multi-function buttons.

Setup
Power on the host first, and all the numbers will be “8”. then the host will display
—HOST----,and then the volume grade. And then it comes to working mode, on which you
can set it.
1)Set requester number:
a. On working mode, Press the ENT button on the host for 4 seconds without release, then
the host displays 01
SET ,
b. Now the screen displays 01
which means it comes to set mode.
SET, the low digit-1 is flashing, means this place can be
modified to any figure from 0-9 by“ALT/-”button on host , “TAB/+” button can change
the flashing digit. E.g., move to high digit, you can modify it to any figure from 0-9 and
any letter from A-J by“ALT/-” button. Its total capacity is 199 numbers.
c. After modifying number to what you want, e.g. 16 SET, press “ENT” button, then the
screen displays 16
PUSH, prompt you to press button of the requester.
d. Press the button of the requester within 5 seconds; the screen will display 16 OK,
means set up successfully, at the same time, the low digit-6 flashing, you can go on
setting other requester numbers.
e. After setting up all the requesters, cut off the power of the host and power on again or
wait for20 seconds, the screen will back work mode, then you can use this system now.
2)Delete requester number:
a. Do as “a” and “b” steps of the above, then enter to set up mode, and modify numbers.
b. After modifying the requester number you want to delete, e.g. 16
then the screen displays 16
SET, press“DEL”,
DEL, means this number has been deleted, at the same
time, low digit-6 flashing, you can go on deleting or set up other requesters.
c. After deleting requester number, cut off the power of the host and power on again or
wait for20 seconds, the screen will back work mode.
3)Clear up all the requester number:
a. Do as the first two steps of “set up requester number” to enter to set up mode, and
modify number to “00”.
b. Screen displays 00
SET, then press “DEL” button, when screen displays CLR ,
means all the numbers of the requester are deleted.
c. After that, cut off the power of the host and power on again or wait for20 seconds, the
screen will back work mode.
4)Modify volume:
a. On working mode, Press the “ALT/-” button on the host for 4 seconds without release,
then enter to modify volume state, the host displays volume grade, e.g.
b.
10-SOUND.
Then the screen displays current volume band, e.g. 10—SOUND, press “ALT/-” or
“TAB/+” buttons can increase or decrease the volume.
c. After modify to suitable volume, press “DEL” or “ENT” or wait for 10 seconds, you can
exit from volume modifying state.
5)Set automatic delete number time
a. On working mode, Press the “TAB/+” button on the host for 4 seconds without release,
then the host displays
15 SESC, means to set automatic delete number state.
b. After modify to suitable time, press “ENT” button means record successfully.
c. Press “DEL” button or wait for 20 seconds, you can exit from setting state.

a. The requester number can be set range from 01 to 99, or A0 to J9, but couldn’t be 00.

PUSH state, if you do not press
the button of requester within 5 seconds, then the host will back to XX
SET
state.
c. no matter at which set state, if you do not press any key of the remote controller
within 20 seconds, then the host will withdraw setup state and back to working state.
d. If you set one requester to No.1, and you set it again to No.5. Then it will be No.5 in
this system.
e. When set host with remote controller, press “1, 2, 3, 4” any button, the host withdraw
setup state and back to working state.

Setup signal enhancer
HY2611D is used for enlarge system coverage. Add one signal enhancer; the coverage will
enlarge to twice of the former distance.
1) Remember the feature code of Requester
The enhancer can remember 80 feature codes of Requester, when it receives information
from Requesters, it will judge whether the information is in its control sphere, if so, it
enhance the signal, if not, it won’t work.
The set-up process is as following:
After connect to power, press the button of TX for 4 seconds, then TX light will shiny. This
means it enters to remember state, then press the calling button of Requester which is need to
be remembered, if the TX light flash, it mans remember successfully.
If press the button of TX once, then the TX light will put out, which means withdrew from
remember state.
2) Delete the feature code of Requester
When you don’t need the enhancer to control some requesters, you can delete corresponding
remember from enhancer
The deleting process is as following:
After connect to power, press the button of RX for 4 seconds, then RX light will shiny. This
means it enters to delete state, then press the calling button of Requester, which is needed to
be deleted, if the RX light flash, it mans delete successfully.
If press the button of RX once, then the RX light will put out, which means withdrew from
delete state.
3) Delete all the feature code of Requester
Delete all the feature code of Requester means back to the original state of the enhancer
The delete process is as following:
After entering the third step of the above, press the button of RX for 4 seconds, if RX light
put out, it means delete successfully.
