Getting Started
1. Download the “uPro CONNECTOR” software onto your
computer at www.callawayuxplore.com/downloads
2. Insert battery into your uPro MX device and power
on the device
3. Connect your device to your computer using the computer’s
USB port and the included USB cable
4. The Callaway UXplore website will launch automatically
after connecting your device
5. Register your device following the instructions on the website
6. Charge your device by either keeping the device connected
to your computer or using the included power adapter
and USB cable

Insert the Battery
1. Open the battery compartment by unscrewing the screw
head until the battery cover is loose and can be removed by
lifting up gently
2. Insert the included Li-Ion battery by placing the
connector-side down to make contact with the device.
The text on the battery should be facing up. Handle your
Li-Ion battery with care. See battery warning for
additional information
3. Replace the battery cover by sliding it into place and
tightening the screw until the battery cover is no longer loose
(do not over-tighten the screw)

Charging Options
Charge by Plugging into a Power Outlet
1. Plug USB Cable into the USB Socket on the USB Power Adapter
2. Plug USB Power Adapter into a power outlet
3. Plug the smaller end of the USB Cable into the micro
USB connector on the uPro MX device, pushing firmly
to establish a complete connection
4. Verify the LED light has illuminated red signifying the device is
charging or the LED light is flashing red indicating the battery is
charged. The battery will take approximately 3 hours to fully charge

on computer
2. Plug the USB Cable into the Micro USB connector on the uPro MX
device, pushing firmly to establish a complete connection
3. Verify the LED light has illuminated red signifying the device is
charging or the LED light is flashing red indicating the battery is
charged. The Battery will take approximately 3 hours to fully charge
Note: Some USB ports do not support charging. If LED light is not illuminated, try
additional USB ports or plug directly in the wall adapter and plug into a power outlet
