14 Series fire strikes are BMHA Grade 1 rated, factory tested to 1.5 million cycles. Dual voltage and
field selectable fail safe/fail secure. CX-EL1400/10/20/30/40 electric strikes are UL1034 and Warnock
Hersey fire rated. CX-EL1450A/AL models are UL10C fire rated for installation in fire rated
doors without cutting or drilling. This eliminates the on-site inspection required by AHJ when
installation of the strike alters the fire rating of the door.

CX-EL1450A
Camden strikes are designed for various commercial and industrial applications. They
are precision engineered and UL1034 listed. All models are reversible for RH/LH doors
and are continuous DC operation. Four stainless steel faceplate options are available.
Latch monitoring is standard on pre-load 20 series and optional on 10/14/18 series.
Five year warranty.
10 and 18 Series electric strikes are BHMA Grade 1 rated. Designed for heavy duty
applications, the all-in-one strikes are factory tested to 1.5 million cycles and offer dual
voltage, field selectable fail secure, fail safe operation. The 18 Series feature EZ Fit™
installation in any ANSI strike plate door frame opening without cutting or drilling.
EZ Fit™ models are the only strikes on the market to offer both horizontal and
vertical adjustability.

20 Series
20 Series electric strikes are medium duty electric door strikes, are reversible for RH/
LH doors, and rated for continuous DC operation. Available in various voltages; fail
safe or fail secure.
22 Series is designed for use with rim or surface mounted exit devices. Suitable for wood
or hollow metal doors. Horizontally adjustable for optimal alignment and reversible for
RH/LH doors.
20 Series Pre Load electric strikes offer the highest pre load rating,12/24V AC/DC
operation, adjustable keeper, fail safe/fail secure operation, and latch monitoring. Latch cavity
accommodates cylindrical locksets with 1/2” to 5/8” projection (1/8” door gap required) with a
range of faceplates for installation in steel, aluminum and wood doors. EZ FIT™ CX-EPD2850L
installs in a standard ANSI strike plate opening without the need to cut or drill the door frame.
CX-EPD2850L also features horizontal and vertical faceplate adjustment.

TDS models are supplied with a Lock Sensor (Bond Sensor) to

CM-9000 Series Switches are all-steel construction, set in a 1/4” thick aluminum plate. These super
tough, low profile switches can withstand attack of all types, even direct hammer blows. Includes
faceplate, 7/8” steel button, and security screws.
PIEZO Push Switches incorporate a patented non-moving one-piece design, which is
virtually impervious to attack or compromise. Tested to 50 million cycles for use under extreme
conditions, these sealed aluminum switches carry a LIFETIME WARRANTY.
They are extreme temperature rated -40 C° to +125 C° (-40 F° to +257 F°), with IP68
environmental protection.

Aura™ CM-54 Series illuminated push plate kits provide high visibility and enhanced user
convenience in ADA compliant automatic door and other applications.
CM-54B model features a continuous ‘back lit’ blue illumination. CM-54BR and CM-54GR
models offer 3 additional features: selection of backlight colors (blue/red or green/red), an
audible sounder that confirms switch activation, and Form ‘C’ contacts used to switch your
device.
Aura™ illuminated mounting boxes are compatible with the widest range of 4 ½” square

CM-75 Series Column™ push plate switches offer an elegant design that is attractive, easy to
operate and built to last. Models are available in anodized aluminum finish (epoxy printed blue
graphics) or dark bronze anodized finish (epoxy printed white graphics).
The innovative end caps are made of impact and flame resistant polycarbonate, designed for
easy ‘snap-in’ installation and service of Lazerpoint RF™ wireless transmitters and batteries.
There is an option for a factory installed wireless transmitter. Column™ push plate switches are
ADA compliant and exceed the requirements of the California Building Code, Section 1117B.6.
Column™ push plate switches are easily mounted on exterior or interior surfaces and offer 4
leveling screws to accommodate uneven walls, such as brick or concrete. For installations that
require an exterior freestanding switch, Column™ switches are compatible with color matched
Camden CM-42 and CM-48 Series anodized aluminum and dark bronze bollards.

CV-TAC400 provides a full array of ‘large system’ features, combining telephone entry and card
access at a remarkable ‘small system’ price. TAC™ supports the addition of card readers, elevator
controls, RF controls and other wiegand devices, allowing for a fully integrated building security
system. CV-TAC400 has been designed for easy property management. The system can be ordered
for local (hardwire) programming via USB connection, where there is on-site management. Or it
can be supplied with a modem, making it ideal for multiple building, off-site system management.

TELEPHONE ENTRY / ACCESS CONTROL INTERFACE
CV-800 Serial to Wiegand Converters, provide a flexible and efficient way to integrate a
telephone entry system with an access control system, CV-800 works with virtually all card access
systems, and select models of Viscount, SES, and Sentex phone entry systems.
Building security is greatly enhanced as CV-800 allows the access control system to
manage/control the building entrance – not the telephone entry system. In addition,
CV-800 provides the building owner and manager with a complete audit trail of all
persons entering the building, as well as a record of residents granting visitors access via the
telephone entry system. CV-800 also monitors the postal lock switch.

GUARD / CONCIERGE PHONE SYSTEM
This auto-dialer is designed for staffed locations, where an attendant will greet visitors, call
the resident’s suite for authorization, then allow/deny access accordingly. Up to 1000 suite
capacity. Kit includes keypad and privacy handset/cradle. There is no directory provided with
this system.

CV601 MPROX provides excellent security and functionality, and is easy to program and install.
MPROX consists of two parts: a vandal and weather resistant mullion-mount proximity reader,
and a small programmer/controller, which is installed on the secure side inside the facility. An
additional reader can be added for in-out control of a single door or for ease of programming.
The system has a capacity of 999 users. Cards/fobs can be individually or batch enrolled/deleted.
All programming is done through the controller and reader – there is no need for computers or
software to enroll or delete cardholders.

Exit Watch is installed on the frame of the exit door, which is the ideal location to capture clear
and close-up video images. To all appearances, the unit is a typical height strip you would
see anywhere. Exit Watch provides positive facial identification - perfect for use in banks,
restaurants, filling stations and other retail applications.
The high quality optical lens and ultra-small high resolution CCD camera makes Exit Watch
one of the most advanced units available. The heavy duty, dark brown or silver steel case and
back-screened multi-color faceplate are designed to keep the unit looking new by protecting it
in high traffic areas.
The adjustable/lockable swivel bracket mounts directly to the door frame, enabling Exit
Watch to be precisely adjusted for single or double door applications. Exit Watch provides
clear and distinct images to law enforcement agencies for identification needs.
The compact EX-7 (6.5” long) can be mounted on either the door frame or over the door
(horizontally). Exit Watch kit includes mounting harware and 12 VDC regulated plug-in
power transformer.
