Thank you for purchasing our product.
This manual is for BHS-600 / BHS-500. Please read this instruction manual
thoroughly for proper usages and application before connecting and operating
the equipment.
CAMOS owns all intellectual property rights including copyrights instruction
manual, hardware and related software of BHS-600 / BHS-500 which will be
protected by the Copyright Act. Without CAMOS's written permission, they
cannot be copied, re-printed or translated into other languages.
Design and specifications are subject to change with notice.
Manufacture would not take any responsibilities on the sales of products nor
entrust the responsibilities to the 3rd party. Product warranty shall not apply
to any failure or malfunction which results from improper maintenance,
operation, unauthorized modification of product.
CAMOS warrants the quality of product for a one year. Though the product
is still under warranty period, repairing of products results from any of the
following events;
Warranty only covers the manufactured goods. Repairs after warranty period
is finished, repairs will be charged to the users. Please contact the distributor
and service center for A/S.

BRACKET B Type
I-1. Fix the bracket(A type) firmly
in the back of the helmet by using
dual side adhesive tape.
II. Push up the Bluetooth main body
into the bracket.
I-2. Fix the bracket(B type) in the lower part of the helmet by using clips provided.
Refer to the figure below. Joining the Bluetooth main body with bracket
is the same as above(Braket A).

OPERATION OPERATION
This Headset is operated particularly CHs with POWER ON/OFF as below.
When POWER ON, press the preferred CH's KEY for 3 sec. then be POWER ON.
Press again for 3 sec. then be POWER OFF.
(Details contents : 9 page KEY operating Time and Beep operating state)
Press (+)KEY or (-)KEY to control volume while operates.
Should register Headset to Bluetooth device(ex. Cellular phone) to use Headset.
Registration is process connecting via certification that is encrypted between two devices
that Bluetooth function is.
∙ Select "CAMOS BHS-600(BHS-500)" in searched device list.
∙ Should connect to Bluetooth device that register to connect
(or, after connection cancellation) Headset after registration.
1) Power ON Headset CH1[press (-) KEY for 3 sec.].
2) Change [Pairing Switch] to CH2 for Headset CH1's pairing then change again to CH1.
3) Refer to the instruction manual of cellular phone and then connect Headset after
searching and registration.
1. Connecting Headset with cellular phone
1) Power ON Headset CH1[press (-) KEY for 3 sec.].
2) Change [Pairing Switch] to CH2 for Headset CH1's Pairing then change again to CH1.
3) Refer to the instruction manual of Audio device and then connect Headset after
searching and registration.
1) On a Headset should change [Master/Slave Switch] toward Slave and Press (+)key
for 3 seconds to put the power on. Change [Pairing Switch] toward CH1 then again
toward CH2.
2) On the other Headset should change [Master/Slave Switch] toward Master and
Press (+)key for 3 seconds to put the power on. Change [Pairing Switch ] toward
CH1 then again toward CH2.
∙ Connect with CH1 of Headset when use to connect Headset with Bluetooth device.
(ex. Cellular phone)
∙ Connect with CH2 of Headset when use to connect Headset with Headset.
(this CH2 of Headset does not available to connect with other Bluetooth devices)
∙ When connect with a preferred device, at first POWER OFF the connected Bluetooth.
(When Headset is already connected with other device it does not operate Pairing Mode)
∙ Once connected device is connected automatically when POWER ON.

2. Connecting Headset with Audio Device
3. Connecting Headset with Headset : between CH2 and CH2
Volume control is available in operation state.
Remark : The volume lever for the conversation between CH2 is fixed,
therefore volume is not adjustable.
∙ In order to disconnect the audio device, uncheck the bluetooth option on
the audio device. Turn off the headset power and it will be automatically
connected when the power is back on.

∙ Refer to the Instruction manual of cellular phone to replay music files that
is built-in to cellular phone and to listen to music.
∙ In order to disconnect the cellular phone, uncheck the bluetooth option
on the cellular phone. Turn the headset power and bluetooth will be
automatically connected with audio device when the power is back one.

OPERATION OPERATION
1) When completed the connection Headset with Celluar phone, become to answer /
to call state.
2) The function of Auto Answer Call is included this Headset, does not need additional
key operating to answer because is received automatically.
3) Press [TALK KEY] shortly to disconnect on a headset.
1. To answer the phone
• Function direction
Based on kinds of Cellular phone, maybe only MP3 file s are
played Check the format if the stored music file s are MP3 or not.
1) Last Number Dialing
_Shortly press [Talk KEY] to use the function of last number dialing.
2) Call Transfer
_If press [TALK KEY] for 2 sec. in current cellular phone calling , telephone is
connected to Headset.
_If press [TALK KEY] for 2 sec. again, can move to current cellular phone calling.
3) Voice Dialing
_If press [TALK KEY] for 2 sec., voice information is announced.
This time, should operate following voice information to call.
2. To call
∙ Please refer to the instructional manual of each cellular phone for voice
dialing. Voice Dialing option of bluetooth is only available for the cellular
phones that has the voice dialing option and registered for the stereo
headset service.
∙ If cellular phone is disconnected due to the long distant between the
headset and cellular phone the call will be automatically connected when
these two equipments get near within distance of 10m within 30min.
∙ When 30 minutes are passed, press [(+)KEY or (-)KEY] shortly.
It will be re-connected, starting receiving signals again.
When failed to connect, POWER OFF then ON again for pairing.
3. To listen to music
1) To listen to music files stored to a cellular phone through Headset
_Connect Headset with Cellular phone( Audio built-in).
_Please refer to the cellular phone manual to find how to select the "mp3" mode
to play.
_To stop the music press [(-)KEY] and [(+)KEY] for 3 sec at same time.
_To play the music again press [(-)KEY] and [(+)KEY] for 3 sec. at same time.
2) To listen to music files stored to an Audio Device through Headset
_Connect Headset with an Audio device.
_Please refer to the audio device manual to play the music.
_To stop the music press [(-)KEY] and [(+)KEY] for 3 sec. at same time.
_To listen the music press [(-)KEY] and [(+)KEY] for 3 sec. at same time.
∙ Even if press [(-)KEY] and [(+)KEY] for 3 sec. at same time then music
is stopped, the Audio Device is playing continuously.
∙ Based on kinds of Cellular phone, maybe only MP3 files are played.
∙ Stopping / Playing by pressing [(-)KEY] and [(+)KEY] for 3 seconds is
only possible on "MUSIC MODE".
_When completed to connect Headset(CH2) with Headset(CH2), become to Talk.
_To stop to Talk, press [(-)KEY] and [(+)KEY] for 1 sec. at same time.
_To talk again, press [(-)KEY] and [(+)KEY] for 1 sec. at same time.
4. To talk
∙ The volume of conversation between CH2 is not adjustable.

_Connect Headset with Cellular phone or Audio Device then make to listen to music.
_Connect Headset(CH2) with Headset(CH2) then make to Talk.
_When sensed the Audio signal while listen to music, Music is in Mute state and become
to talk between Headsets.
_To stop to talk press [(-)KEY] and [(+)KEY] for 1 sec. at same time. This time, start
again after 10 sec. to listen to music of Mute state.
_To talk again, press [(-)KEY] and [(+)KEY] for 1 sec. at same time.
5. To talk between music playing
∙ If CH2 conversation is started in the middle of playing the mp3, the music
will turn to mute mode.
∙ After or during the conversation, if there is no sound for 10 seconds, music
will be play with proper volume.
1) To speak over the telephone between playing music files stored to Cellular phone
_Connect Headset with Cellular phone built-in Audio, then make to listen to music.
_Connect Headset with Cellular phone.
_If there is an in-coming call while music is played, the music will be stopped and turn to
conversation mode.
6. To speak over the telephone between music playing
2) To speak over the telephone while replay the music files stored to Audio Device
_At first, register Headset to cellular phone.
_Release Bluetooth mode of cellular phone.
_Connect Headset with audio device then make listen to music.
_Set up Bluetooth ON mode of cellular phone so that connect Headset with cellular phone.
_When in-coming the signal of cellular phone while listen to music, music is disconnected
then start to speak over the telephone.
_Connect Headset(CH2) with Headset(CH2) then make to Talk.
_Connect Headset with Cellular phone.
_If there is an in-coming call to the cellular phone, the conversation will be on mute
for the cellular phone call.
_When the call is hung up, conversation mode will be back on.
7. To speak over the telephone between conversation
When the user hangs up the phone call by pressing [TALK KEY] on the headset
shortly, the stopped audio device will be back on the playing mode.
∙ If the user dials to make a phone call by pressing the [TALK KEY], the music
would not be played automatically. If the user desires to play the music,
press [(+) and (-) KEY] at the same time for 3 seconds.
∙ When the user hangs up the phone call by pressing [TALK KEY] on the
headset shortly, the stopped audio device will be back on the playing mode.
∙ In order to connect the headset with Audio device and cellular phone at
the same times, please use the audio device that only supports the stereo.
∙ When press once [TALK KEY] shortly, the music is disconnected and cellular
phone returns to call to last number based on kinds of cellular phone, should
press twice [TALK KEY].
∙ If power is turned off or the cellular phone is away from the headset for more
than 10m while music is being played, note that these two devices will be
disconnected and the music will become mute.
∙ Conversation and phone call at the same time is not allowed.
