2.4G wireless MOUSE User Manual   Federal Communications This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device must accept any interference received, including that may cause undesired operation.   This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection. This equipment generates uses and can radiated radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communication. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in particular installation if this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:  -  Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.  -  Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.  -  Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.  -  Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.   Shielded interface cables must be used in order to comply with emission limits. Connect the Receiver to Your Computer
. Please insert the mini USB receiver / dongle into the available USB port.   Inserting Batteries Mouse:  . Simply open the mouse battery lid, which is located on bottom surface of the mouse.  . Insert 2 triple A rechargeable batteries into the battery tray. Please make sure that the batteries were inserted correctly before closing the battery lid.   Keyboard: . Simply open the keyboard battery lid, which is located on backside of the keyboard. . Insert 2 triple A batteries into the battery tray. Please make sure that the batteries were inserted correctly before closing the battery lid.    Connection Setup  Mouse: . Simply press the LED/connect button on the mini USB receiver dongle.  . Then, press the connect button on the bottom surface of the mouse to establish the wireless connection.  Keyboard:      . Simply press the LED/ connect button on the mini USB receiver dongle.   . Then press the connect button on top surface of the keyboard to establish the wireless connection.   Test the Mouse . Simply move around the mouse. If the LED on the mini receiver flashes while moving the device, the connection has been established successfully. Otherwise, the connection has been failed to establish. Please retry the connection setup step if the connection has been failed to establish.   Charge the Mouse . The device uses Ni-MH rechargeable batteries. Therefore please charge the device for at least 8 hours prior to the first time use to avoid power leaking. To charge the mouse, please plug in the connector of pin point cable into the front end of the mouse, and plug in the other side of the connector to the side of the mini receiver. You may unplug the cable when the charging signal on the mini receiver switches off.   Attention: The device should be charged when the mouse cursor is not moving smoothly and the device is used in proper distance.   Test the Keyboard
. Simply press any key on the keyboard. If the LED on the mini receiver flashes while pressing the key, the connection has been established successfully. Otherwise, the connection has been failed to establish. Please retry the connection setup step.   Hot Key Functions BACK : Go back to the previous web page. FORWARD : Go to the next web page. STOP : Stop default web browser from loading or refreshing a web page. REFRESH : Update the content of the current web page on a default web browser. SEARCH : Open the "Find "window in the START taskbar. FAVORITES : Open the "Favorites" group. WEB/HOME : Start your default browser and go immediately to your Home Web page. MAIL : Start the default E-mail program. PLAY/PAUSE : Play or pause the default media player. STOP : Stops the media. PREVIOUS TRACK : Change to the previous track of the default media player.  NEXT TRACK : Change to the next track of the default media player.  VOLUME DOWN : Press and release, or press and hold to decrease the volume.  VOLUME UP : Press and release, or press and hold to increase the volume.  MUTE : Stops all audio. Press again to resume audio. CALCULATOR : Start the "CALCULATOR" program. MY COMPUTER : Open the "My Computer" window.  Re-Define the Hot Key Functions 1.First, you will need to install the Hot Keys 6.12 driver.  2.Once installed, you will see a Keyboard icon  at the bottom right of your screen.  This icon will appear every time you start the computer.  3. The Hot Keys are already set up once you have installed the driver. If you want to re-define the Hot Keys, you have to click on the Keyboard icon   at the bottom right of your screen.  4.A Keyboard properties' window will open. Go to the "Hot Keys" section.You will see the following screen with 18 Buttons, just like the buttons on your keyboard.  5.Each time you want to re-define the Hot Keys just click on the Button, then go to Custom, and click on the "Select" button. Now go to the Browse File and find the file you want to apply to your Hot Key. When finished, click on the "OK" Button, then click Apply. The Hot Key is now programmed and the keyboard properties' window can be closed.   CAUTION  . The mouse will turn into sleep mode when the device has been idling for a while. Please simply press any mouse button to resume operation.  . For maximum performance, please make sure mouse rechargeable batteries were charged for at least 8 hours prior to the first time use.  . Please use only Ni-MH rechargeable batteries. Using non-rechargeable batteries for recharging purpose may severely damage the device, or causing batteries’ explosion.  . Please connect the cable of the mini receiver directly to the main frame to ensure the best connection quality.  . Please redo the connection setup step each time when the batteries are replaced, or when the receiver cable has been re plug into the system.
Basic Problems . When connecting keyboard or mouse with the receiver, it may take a little longer for the receiver to search wireless signal.   . If connection setup continues to fail, please kindly check to see if mouse batteries are charged, and make sure the keyboard batteries are full in power.
