Customers can receive a rebate check by mail with a purchase or lease of the following imagePROGRAF Large-Format
printer(s) between February 1, 2019 and March 31, 2019:
imagePROGRAF PRO-6000, PRO-4000 and PRO-2000
To submit your rebate claim, please go to http://www.acbpromotions.com/imageprografrebate/ and enter your product
information. (Please cut and paste into your browser) Claims must be submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase
or lease to qualify.

Terms of Offer
1. Rebate offer is redeemable only by end user on the purchase or lease of a new imagePROGRAF PRO-6000, PRO-
4000 or PRO-2000 large-format printer from a Canon authorized dealer or reseller. Purchase or Lease must be
made between February 1, 2019 and March 31, 2019. Limit of one (1) rebate per eligible printer. Cash value of
1/100 of one cent.
2. Refurbished, recycled, used, returned or reconditioned printers are not eligible.
3. All claims must be submitted online at acbpromotions.com/imageprografrebate within 30 days from date of
purchase.
4. To be eligible, submit a legible copy of your sales receipt, clearly stating the dealer/store name, purchase/lease date
and imagePROGRAF PRO-6000, PRO-4000, or PRO-2000 large format printer purchased and price paid.
Handwritten invoices or sales history reports will not be accepted. Canon U.S.A., Inc. and/or its agents reserve the
right to substantiate claims and/or to request additional identification and/or documentation.
5. For your records, keep copies of all documentation submitted in connection with this offer. All claims and their
accompanying documents become the property of Canon U.S.A., Inc. and will not be returned.
6. Completion of all fields is mandatory. Incomplete claim forms and supporting documentation that do not comply with
the terms and conditions of this offer will be rejected.
7. Offer valid to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. Rebate Check
will only be mailed to a street address (except where prohibited by law) in the 50 United States, the District of
Columbia and Puerto Rico.
8. Void where taxed, restricted or otherwise prohibited by law.
9. Returned printers are not eligible for this offer and Canon USA reserves the right to collect any rebate or promotional
item value paid on a printer that is later returned.
10. Canon U.S.A., Inc. direct and indirect retailers, dealers, distributors, and other resellers and their owners or
operators (in either their professional or individual capacities) are not eligible to participate in this offer.
11. Offer may not be assigned or transferred.
12. Allow 60 days for processing of claim. Rebate checks are void after 90 days if not cashed.
13. Canon U.S.A., Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, misdirected or undelivered mail (electronic or otherwise), nor
for misprints or typographical errors.
14. End users, including without limitation, National Account Customers who receive a bid directly from Canon U.S.A.,
Inc. are not eligible to participate in this offer.
