0311011 Instruction handbook for Memory Tag System ‘Memory TAGI” This Memory Tag System consists of Interface Board, Antenna Board and Memory Tag. The system is a data transmit/receive unit between CPU connected to 1/13 and FeRAM (Ferroelectric RAM) that is stored in Memory Tag.
