Instruction handbook for Memory Tag System ‘Memory TAGI”
This Memory Tag System consists of Interface Board, Antenna Board and
Memory Tag. The system is a data transmit/receive unit between CPU
connected to 1/13 and FeRAM (Ferroelectric RAM) that is stored in Memory
Tag.
Interface Board supplies the electric power and transmits data to Memory
Tag by the use of electromagnetic energy via Antenna Board with ASK
modulation and also receives data from Memory Tag with BPSK modulation.
