Product Sheet
Overview
The Supra DirectKeyTM Module is a low-power
consumption module designed to retrot Bluetooth®
Smart communications to existing hospitality and
commercial access control devices. The module
provides secure wireless communication of credentials
from a user’s smartphone to a locking device,
eliminating the need for the assignment of traditional
security tokens such as magnetic stripe cards and
RFID cards. The secure credential payload delivers
card data securely to the lock. This can be viewed as
a ‘virtual’ magnetic stripe or RFID card read.
The Supra DirectKey Module utilizes a high
performance 2.5Ghz Bluetooth Smart 4.0 radio
in a cost effective, pre-certified footprint. Secure
Bluetooth Smart communications is achieved through
application of an addition security layer provided by
the Supra cloud credentialing service.
