patienttagsthatarereadytobeclearedfromtheCenTrakSystem.Itcanbe

utilizedatnurse’sstationsorindischargeareastoindicatethatapatient

hasleftthefacilityandthatatagcanbere‐assigned.Thisautomated

disassociationfeatureisanimportantcomponentofthesystem.



Whenapatientleavesthefacility,thetagisremovedanddroppedintothe

box.Thetagdropisautomaticallydetectedbythesystemandcanbe

translatedintoadischargeevent.Thenumberoftagsintheboxcanbe

queriedatanytime.Alertscanbegeneratedwhenthenumberoftags

approachesapredeterminedmaximumandsenttotheindividuals

responsibleforputtingtagsbackintoservice.



lengthsufficienttoreachthedrycontactjunction(about6inches).

Step2–Attachmonitorassemblywith4providedscrews.Attachswitch

wirestodrycontactjunction.


