International Electronics Inc. (IEI) warrants this product to be free of defects in materials and
workmanship, for one year. For a period of ONE YEAR following purchase, IEI will repair or
replace the product free of charge, including parts, labor, return shipping to you, and
handling.
Thank you for purchasing one
of the Oracle 3 Button Access
products. This product has
been
designed
and
manufactured in the USA,
utilizing the highest quality
standards available.
After the initial one year of operation, the limited lifetime warranty will cover parts, labor, and
return shipping to you, with a minimal handling charge specific to the product, as listed
below:

If you have installation or operation questions or are in need of warranty service, please
contact our Product Support department by email at techsupp@nwlink.com or call 360254-1564 Tuesday-Friday 7-5 Pacific Time. If the issue is not resolvable, a manufacturer’s
warranty repair order may be issued. To have the product(s) sent for warranty service. A
Return Authorization number will be issued for warranty service, which must be put on the
outside of the package, to be received and handled properly. Packages for warranty service
may be sent to the following address. Packages with no RA# may not be accepted.

Please include a note describing the problem that you are having and a copy of your original
sales receipt (within the first year). If the warranty service is outside the first year, please
include a check made out to IEI, based on the list of handling fees, shown above. Please
note that you may need to send multiple units for warranty service, testing, and upgrading,
though only the applicable fee for handling the failed unit(s) will be charged.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for service and return shipping. If an EXPEDITED repair/replacement
is requested, a 100% surcharge applies. In this case, please write EXPEDITED after the RA
number. IEI will attempt to return expedited repair orders within one week, except during
holidays.
All repairs or replacements are at the discretion of the Manufacturer. This warranty excludes
items that have been abused, altered, incorrectly installed, or repaired by an unauthorized
person. Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the Manufacturer could void the
user’s authority to operate the equipment. The manufacturer is not responsible for any radio
or TV interference caused by unauthorized modifications to this equipment.
Such
modifications could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment. This warranty is
limited to the product only. No consequential damages are covered.

3 BUTTON ACCESS
OUTPUT TIMING
The 3 Button Access is ONLY compatible with the Ultra RX 900-3. Up to 8 3 Button
Access units can be taught to 1 Ultra RX 900-3.
Timing modes are determined utilizing the dipswitch located inside the unit. This can be
accessed by removing the 1 screw on the bottom of the unit.
NOTE: ONLY 1 Ultra RX 900-3 can be taught to 3 Button Access units. A 3 Button
Access CANNOT be used to control multiple Ultra RX 900-3 units.
RELAY 1

RELAY 3
Install 4 ‘AA’ batteries into the 3 Button Access. Lithium are preferred in cold climates.
ULTRA RX 900-3
POWER
Pin 1 and 2 for 10 – 24 VAC
TEACHING A 3 BUTTON ACCESS TO AN ULTRA RX 900-3
Pin 1 and 3 for 10 – 24 VDC
Disconnect the power and wait at least 5 seconds.
CONNECT THE ULTRA RX 900-3
Button 1 (GREEN) operates Relay 1
Button 2 (WHITE) operates Relay 2
Button 3 (RED) operates Relay 3 and releases Relays 1 and 2
RELAY OUTPUTS
To place the Ultra RX 900-3 in Learn Mode:
The RX 900 Unit has 3 Relays:
• Relay 1:
Pin 11 – Common
Pin 12 – Ch 1 Normal Open
Pin 13 - Ch 1 Normal Closed
Reapply the power. (The LED will illuminate until the Learn period has expired.
When the Learn period has expired, the Ultra RX 900-3 will buzz.)
Within 10 seconds, press the learn button on the 3 Button Access unit.
You will hear the RX 900-3 buzz and the 3 Button Access will sound a tone
indicating the units have learned successfully.
If you have additional 3 Button Access units, they can each be taught within 10
seconds of each other or later by repeating this process. If a 3 Button Access
unit was newly taught, the LED on the RX 900-3 will blink 3 times slowly. If NO
new units were taught the LED will display 4 blinks, 4 times.
Once you are done teaching 3 Button Access units, wait 10 seconds for the
Ultra RX 900-3 to leave learn mode. The unit will buzz indicating the Learn
period is over and the units are ready to use.
POWER SAVE MODE
To reduce the power consumption of the Ultra RX 900-3, dipswitch 7 should be
on. This will not take effect until a button is pressed on EACH of the learned 3
Button Access units.
• Relay 2:
Pin 8 – Common
Pin 9 – Ch 2 Normal Open
Pin 10 - Ch 2 Normal Closed
RELAY HOLD MODE
With dipswitch 8 turned ON, the Ultra RX 900-3 will hold a relay, corresponding
to the correct button pressed on the 3 Button Access unit, until the button is
released.
• Relay 3:
Pin 6 – Common
Pin 7 – Ch 3 Normal Open
Pin 5 - Ch 3 Normal Closed
ERASING THE MEMORY OF THE ULTRX 900-3

Remove the screw on the back of the unit.
Press and hold the LEARN button until the LED double blinks, 3 times.
