Alter you have tnstalled tresh battertes and have matched the wtreless Ins
and selected “C or “F. you may now close the battery compartment covers
on both the math unit and the Wireless sensor.
Basic Setup is Now Complete

Now that setup ts complete, you must choose a locattnn to place the Wtreless

Placement
of Main Unit
Place the mam untl ma dryarea free
of dtrt and dust. To help ensure an
accurate indoor temperature
measurement, be sure to place the
mam umt out of dtrect sunl-ght. and
away loom any heat sources or vents
tn your home.
There are 2 placement opttons tor
the the mam untt. You may hang the
mam umt on a wall usung the
untegrated hang hole on the back,
Alternatwely, you may use the
detachable “table stand" to place the
mam umt on a table top or other Itat
surface.

PLACED OUTDOORS to observe
outdoor temperaturesand relay the
outdoor temperature to the mam umt
display. The w-reless sensor must be
placed Wllhtn 100 feet ot the mam
unlt.
Thewuneless sensor is water resrstant
and tsdestgned for outdoor use.
However, to extend the lute of the
product. place the wureless sensor tn
an area protected Irom dleCl weather
elem ents. To ensure an accurate
outdoor temperature measurement.
be sure the wtreless sensor ts placed
out at direct sunt-ght and away from
any heat sources.
Use the tntegrated hang hole on the
back at the wtreless sensor to hang
the sensor on a wall or other verttcal
surfaces outdoors.
