Install Hardware
Note:
- If you are running Windows 98 and plug the connector into
the computer, you may find a pop-up window that requires
to insert the Windows 98 CD-ROM. Please follow the
window instruction to install the required driver or set the
driver path as "Windows\system" or the other path that the
driver located.
Connect the USB connector of the receiver to the PC.
Select the Channels for the Keyboard and the Mouse
1) The keyboard channel switch is located at the back of the
keyboard and the mouse channel switch is inside the battery
case.
2) Select Channel “1” or “2”.
3) Put the batteries into the battery cases.
Link the Keyboard and the Mouse with the Receiver
1) Turn on your PCà Press the ID Link Button of the receiver.
2) Press the ID Link Button on the back of the keyboardà Press
the ID Link Button on the back of the mouse.
3) If you need to re-link the keyboard, the mouse or after
changing the batteries, p lease repeat the above linkage step
1~2.
4) If the selected channel is interfered by other wireless-mouse
or keyboard users nearby, please change the Link ID by
re-linkage or select the other channel immediately.
5) There are 256 changeable IDs for each channel.

Install Driver
Note:
The driver supports Windows 95/ 98/ NT/ 2000/ ME and XP.
The driver may be automatically installed.
The CD-ROM contents the drivers of the keyboard and the
mouse. Please select to install drivers of the keyboard and
the mouse at the pop-up window.
1) Insert the driver CD-ROM to your PCà If the driver CD-ROM does not
be automatically installed, please double click “Menu.exe” or
“Setup.exe” to install the keyboard or the mouse driver.
2) Restart the PCàThe Setting icons of the keyboard and the mouse will
appear on the task bar of Windowsà Double click the icons to set the
functions.

Battery Notice
1) The LED indicator on the keyboard will light while the keyboard is the
low-battery status. Please change the batteries immediately.
2) The mouse scroll wheel will light while the mouse is in the low-battery
status. Please change the batteries immediately.
3) When not in use for 10 minutes, the mouse will automatically change
to the sleep mode for power saving. You can click any button to
wake up the mouse.

Notice of the wireless operation distance:
Link the receiver properly.
Check the distance among the mouse, the keyboard and the
receiver. (The max. operation distance of the keyboard and the
mouse is 1.5 meter.)
If the wireless product is malfunction, please change or recharge the
batteries, or move the receiver away from the computer and the monitor.
Trouble Shooting
Question: The keyboard or the mouse does not work after installation.
Answer:
1. Please click “Start”à”Setting”à”Control Panel”à”Remove” to
delete existing mouse and keyboard drivers from the computer.
Reinstall the driver.
2. Check the linkage of the receiver and the positive and the negative
of the batteries
3. If the batteries are lack of power, please change the batteries.
Question: The keyboard or the mouse does not work after changing
batteries.
Answer:
Please re-link the keyboard, the mouse and the receiver after changing
batteries.
Question: The computer can not detect the keyboard and the mouse.
Answer:
The keyboard and the mouse are connected to the computer, but can not be
detected by the system. Please attempt the following steps:
1. Please check if the connector of the receiver are loose. Please
re-plug the connector.

Check if the LED indicator of the receiver works. If not, please
re-plug the connector of the receive.
Some notebook systems, such as IBM Thinkpad, have both an
external Mouse Port and an integrated Pointing Stick, which is
connected to the Mouse Port. If your mouse is having difficulty
running on the Mouse Port of this type of system, please select
other ports.
Question: The keyboard and the mouse can not work at the same time.
Answer:
1. The wireless keyboard and the wireless mouse might conflict with
each other. Please move the receiver to avoid the conflict.
2. Change the channel of the keyboard and the mouse. Re-link the
receiver.
Question: The mouse cursor on the screen remains at one spot or moves
erratically.
Answer:
1. Check the cable and the connector of the receiver if there is
broken or tangled.
2. Ensure the battery power.
3. Check the operation distance.
4. Please remain a certain distance from other high-voltage or
wireless devices.
5. Change the channel and re-link the mouse with the receiver to
avoid any interference.
Question: Displayed error number -115 on screen when install mouse driver
software.
Answer:
The error usually occurs because a virus -checking program is being used on
the system to prevent files from being renamed. Please shutdown any virus
checking software running on the system and then run the setup again.

Question: Problems of operating the wheel
Answer:
1.
Verify the setting of the mouse function through “Control
Panel”à”Browser Mouse".
2.
Please install the mouse driver while the OS is under Windows
98.
3.
Some other applications with the mouse scrolling function may
cause conflicting. Please remove those application software
and the install the mouse driver.
