WSL Water Sensor
The Water Sensor is designed to detect if the water level is above a certain level that may damage your
protected goods. When water level is above your installed level, the Water Sensor will send signal to URL for it
to react accordingly.
1. LED
2. Buzzer
3. Battery
4. Function Switch Block
5. Antenna
6. Probe
7. Protective Cover
z Function Switch Block
Sliding down the protective cover carefully; you can see a switch block set which consists of 8 switches
marked as 1 ~ 8 from left to right. When the switch is in up position, it indicates the “+ mode. When the
switch is in middle position, it indicates the “0” mode. When it is situated in down position, it indicates the
“-” mode. Slide all 8 switches to make them identical to your URL switch setting. This will connect the
WSL to URL and allow URL to received signal from WSL.
z POWER SUPPLY:
The Water Sensor uses a 12V alkaline battery as its power source.
z INSTALLATION:
The Water Sensor can be installed in 2 ways:
a) Place on an even surface to stand on 2 sponge feet.
b) Mount on wall surface according to the height of water detection level you desire.
Step1: Clean the surface with a suitable degreaser.
Step2: With the provided VELCRO soft tape and hard tape held together, remove the protective cover
from the soft tape and firmly apply to back of device,
Step 3: Next remove the protective covering from the hard tape and firmly press the device onto the
desired location.

Do not mount on a surface with peeling or cracked paint, or on a rough surface.
z NORMAL OPERATION:
When the Probes come in contact with water, the LED will light up and the Buzzer will buzz. The
Water Sensor will transmit signal to URL for the URL to react accordingly.
z
After the water ebbs and the Probes are no longer in contact with water, the LED will turn off and
the buzzing will stop.

After the water ebbs and the probes are no longer in contact with water, please
ensure that the Probes are wiped dry.
