Turning On Your microTALK®Radio1. Press and hold the Power button for two (2) seconds. A series of audible tones willindicate the radio is On.Your microTALK®radio is now in Standby Mode,ready to receive transmissions. The radio isalways in Standby Mode except when the Talkor Call buttons are pressed.Battery LowWhen battery power is low, the Battery Lowicon will blink. Your batteries should be replacedor recharged, if using rechargeable batteries.Battery/Power SaverYour microTALK®radio has a unique circuitdesigned to extend battery life. If there are notransmissions within ten (10) seconds, the radiowill automatically switch to Battery Save Mode.This will not affect the radio’s ability to receiveincoming transmissions.Talking to Another Person1.
