1800 Series Ice Chests
Design and Construction Features
• Stainless steel type 304 ice bin, backsplash, front,
and ice cover.
• Stainless steel ends, galvanized back panel.
• 11⁄2˝ (38mm) drain centered in ice bin front and back.
• 15⁄8˝ (41mm) diameter heavy gauge crossbraced
galvanized tubular legs with 12 gauge gussets.
• High-impact, corrosion-resistant, fully-adjustable
bullet feet.
• 5˝ (127mm) backsplash.
• Fiberglass insulation for non-cold plate models.
• Ice bins are either deep-drawn one-piece construction
or fabricated depending on depth, with 8˝, 12˝, or 16˝
(203, 305, or 406mm) depths available.
• Cold plates (models 24˝ and longer):
aluminum casting with seven stainless steel beverage
grade tubing circuits. Cold plates are mounted flush
with interior bottom of ice bin for easy cleaning and
maximum efficiency. Drain is 1⁄2˝ (13mm) NPT and
centered in ice bin front and back. 1⁄4˝ (6mm) tube
connections provided.
