Thisrange can be decreased by certain atmosphericand environmental conditions at the time of yourconversation.Some conditions that affect range are:•Buildings•Dense trees or foliage•Hilly or mountainous terrainThe best range will be in flat, open terrain, withoutobstructions. Thisallows your unit to receive all signals to it’smaximum range, but it may pick up static signalsas well.
