ExcessiveuseofheadphonesorearphonesforalongperiodoftimeathighvolumecanbedangerousiftheoutputoftheheadphoneorearphoneconnectorsdonotcomplywithspecificationsofEN50332-2.TheheadphoneoutputconnectorofyourtabletcomplieswithEN50332-2Subclause7.Thisspecificationlimitsthetablet'smaximumwidebandtrueRMSoutputvoltageto150mV.Tohelpprotectagainsthearingloss,ensurethattheheadphonesorearphonesyouusealsocomplywithEN50332-2(Clause7limits)forawidebandcharacteristicvoltageof75mV.UsingheadphonesthatdonotcomplywithEN50332-2canbedangerousduetoexcessivesoundpressurelevels.Ifyourtabletcamewithheadphonesorearphonesinthepackage,asaset,thecombinationoftheheadphonesorearphonesandthetabletalreadycomplieswiththespecificationsofEN50332-1.Ifdifferentheadphonesorearphonesareused,ensurethattheycomplywithEN50332-1(Clause6.5LimitationValues).UsingheadphonesthatdonotcomplywithEN50332-1canbedangerousduetoexcessivesoundpressurelevels.Carryyourtabletcarefully:Useaqualitycarryingcasethatprovidesadequatecushioningandprotection.Donotpackyourtabletinatightlypackedsuitcaseorbag.Beforeputtingyourtabletinacarryingcase,makesurethatitisoff,insleepmode,orinhibernationmode.Donotputatabletinacarryingcasewhileitison.Handleyourtabletwithcare:Donotdrop,bend,puncture,insertforeignobjectsinto,orplaceheavyobjectsonyourtablet.Sensitivecomponentsinsidemightgetdamaged.Yourtabletscreenismadeofglass.Theglassmightbreakifthetabletisdroppedonahardsurface,isthesubjectofahighimpact,oriscrushedbyaheavyobject.Iftheglasschipsorcracks,donottouchthebrokenglassorattempttoremoveitfromthetablet.StopusingthetabletimmediatelyandcontactLenovotechnicalsupportforrepair,replacement,ordisposalinformation.Takecarewhenusingyourtabletinamotorvehicleoronabicycle:Alwaysprioritizeyoursafetyandthesafetyofothers.Followthelaw.Locallawsandregulationsmightgovernhowyoucanusemobileelectronicdevices,suchasyourtablet,whileyoudriveamotorvehicleorrideabicycle.ServiceandupgradesDonotattempttoserviceaproductyourselfunlessinstructedtodosobyLenovoCustomerSupportCenteroryourdocumentation.OnlyuseaServiceProviderwhoisapprovedtorepairyourparticularproduct.Note:Sometabletpartscanbeupgradedorreplacedbythecustomer.Upgradestypicallyarereferredtoasoptions.ReplacementpartsapprovedforcustomerinstallationarereferredtoasCustomerReplaceableUnits,orCRUs.LenovoprovidesdocumentationwithinstructionswhenitisappropriateforcustomerstoinstalloptionsorreplaceCRUs.Youmustcloselyfollowallinstructionswheninstallingorreplacingparts.TheOffstateofapowerindicatordoesnotnecessarilymeanthatvoltagelevelsinsideaproductarezero.Beforeyouremovethecoversfromaproductequippedwithapowercord,alwaysmakesurethatthepoweristurnedoffandthattheproductisunpluggedfromanypowersource.Ifyouhaveanyquestionsorconcerns,contactLenovoCustomerSupportCenter.Althoughtherearenomovingpartsinyourtabletafterthepowercordhasbeendisconnected,thefollowingwarningsarerequiredforyoursafety.©CopyrightLenovo2015v
