preparation of applications for registration of equipment under all parts of the Rules and
Regulations of the Federal Communications Commission. I certify that the information provided to
Mikes Product Service GmbH properly describes the device or system for which equipment
authorization is requested Moreover we authorize Mikes Product Service GmbH to extend their
authorization to third parties in order to get approvals for the applicant.
