resal e by an aut horized dist ribut or) f or a period of one (1) year f rom t he dat e
of shipment . This warrant y is limit ed t o a repair or replacement of t he product ,
at Cradl epoint ’ s discret ion as purchaser’ s sole and exclusive remedy.

requirement s or be error f ree. Wit hi n t hirt y (30) days of receipt should t he
product f ail f or any reason ot her t han damage due t o cust omer negligence,
